Everything was very nice and clean . A barbecue grill would have been nice and we only had one extra rolll of toilet paper but both were easy fixes otherwise it was a lovely home!! Would definitely stay here again!!

From the Owner: "I’m glad you enjoyed your stay, adding a barbecue is under consideration. There’s supposed to be a couple extra rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, thanks for the heads up and I’ll follow up on it. We’re looking forward to you staying with us again."
Our experience at this VRBO was fantastic from start to finish. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was in great condition, and it’s clear the hosts take pride in offering a welcoming space. Communication was prompt and friendly, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We felt right at home and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

Our aim is to provide a positive experience for every guest, and we apologize if we fell short in this instance. When we travel, our key criterion is the comfort of the living area furniture. When we saw the photo of the 5 theater chairs in the living room, it was a "no brainer." And the chairs were even more comfortable than they looked. But it didn't end there - everything was new, clean, spacious and thoughtfully set up for the comfort of guests. Thank you to David and Heather!

Thank you so much for your review Lynn we are glad you found the house comfortable. We hope you stay with us again when you return to the Rogue Valley.
Nice quiet neighborhood, comfortable furniture, clean house over all and a well equipment kitchen. Including many extras like, tea, hot chocolate, a keurig with enough coffee included for two adults to have a cup for a week. And microwave popcorn for movie night! Also I had no problem contacting the host with questions.

Enjoyed our stay
It is a nice clean house and very well maintained. We chose this place on our way to Crater Lake which is roughly 1.5 hours away. There are quite a few other things to do around - Fern Canyon, wildlife safari, Mount Shasta, Railroad Museum, Sundial bridge at Redding, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, water rafting at Rogue river among others all within a couple hours from here. There’s multiple restaurants and grocery shopping nearby as well. The house itself is well equipped and comfortable. They have quite a few board games and 4 smart TVs for entertainment. Will recommend this listing.

My husband is a Varsity Basketball coach, during the offseason he offers a short AAU basketball season for upcoming players and we finish the season with the Medford Tournament… not all parents can travel with the team and so we rent a property that can accommodate several teens. This property was clean, and had a bunk room that worked perfectly for the players… each room had a tv, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was fine, a nice little residential neighborhood. The owners were pleasant, responsive and accommodating. Overall, we had a great experience.
