This amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps up to 6 and is within steps to town and all things Breckenridge! Two king sized beds --sleeps 4. For the 2 extra guests, an inflatable "E-Z Bed" full sized/full height bed can be placed in the living room.

The Water House property is a premier lodging destination that is within walking distance of some of Breckenridge's most visited shopping and dining and skiing options. Historic Main Street is steps away as is the QuickSilver Super 6 chair lift
( a quick 5 minute walk around Maggie Pond to get to the lift).

The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures and equipment) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need to collect a traditional security deposit ($1500 security deposit held on card for 14 days post check out if you waive the damage insurance). You have the option to pay the $1500 security deposit in lieu of insurance.

We are a mountain loving family looking to share our love of downtown Breck with others! We stayed at Main St Station many times when we visited Breck over the years and it NEVER disappointed ! The opportunity came about to buy a little slice of heaven to share with others.......

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! When we stayed as guests, we LOVED walking to local restaurants, shopping and all of downtown Breck. Not to mention the 5 min walk to the Quicksilver lift--close to the condo door. We found this property to be one of the most modern, comfortable and updated properties in town. (and we tested out many others....nothing compared to this property!) We also found the shared amenities to be something for everyone of all ages. From the multiple hot tubs to pool to FREE ski valet to fitness center to location--can't be beat!
