Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our Saint Louis house is located just off Old St. Louis Rd. in Belleville and close to I-255. This home has two bedrooms, one king and one queen bed comfortably sleeping 4 people and one bathroom. We are 10 mins to downtown STL. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood making it perfect to visit the city but avoid the noise! This is a great place to come back from sightseeing to rest after a busy day.

Exactly the location we needed

We were in town for our class reunion and to visit with friends and family. This location gave us a great location provided us with a good combination of comfort and convenience. The space was better than the one room we would have had at a hotel and amenities were great for us to have meals at home if we wanted.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Patty’s. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with patty was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free.The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. I'm a mom of three, an USAF veteran and military spouse. I've always wanted to get into the short term rental space to connect guests with a great place to stay during their travels. I think travelers enjoy staying in someone's house or apartment over a hotel because each place is unique and more comfortable. This home is my mother in laws house before she married her husband and moved in with him. My husbands whole family is from the southern Illinois area for over four generations.

Why they chose this property

Since my in-laws are locals to the St. Louis area we are very familiar with the surrounding cities and things to do. We love hosting travelers looking to spend time in St. Louis or those in town to visit family and friends. Our guests rave about the super comfortable beds, the beautifully decorated spaces, and the massive backyard! If you're visiting family or the city or just passing through we'd love to host you in our home.
