The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all garbage bags in the outside garbage cab at the back left side of cabin. Lock cans as Bears can get in. Failure to do so will cause you to be charged an excess clean up fee
Makes sur hot tub is turned down to 95 degrees, pump off. The low speed recirculation may be on and you can't shut pump off. Light off and covers securely and squarely put on, and flaps down.
All arcade games, Tv's off. Leave all linens on beds. Towels to be put in front of washer and dryer. Keep black makeup towels in a separate pile.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO smoking, cigar, cigarette, or illegal drugs in or near the cabin. legal smoking allowed by firepit only-Do not litter with cigarette/cigar butts
NO working on vehicles except usual maintenance, adding water etc. NO MORE THAN 16 PEOPLE AT ANY TIME OT FACE IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND NO REFUND
Special events such as special gatherings could be approved by owner in writing ONLY-Wedding parties 20+ should be held at the Coosawattee facility

Everything was great! We had a fun time. Great location, views, and things to do at the cabin! Cabin was very clean and decorated nicely for Christmas, which was a great touch! The futons upstairs weren’t the best for sleeping and we also had some challenges getting hot showers but other than that, we had a really smooth experience. Alex is easy to work with!

Our family of 5 stayed here and had an amazing time. The cabin was super clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. We found the roads a little lease scary if you come in through the Legion Road gate.

One on the front porch, facing the side of the front door

Two on the left side of the cabin, facing the U-shaped driveway and main road

No indoor cameras or devices inside the cabin.

Parking. All vehicles shall only be parked in the driveway and/or within the garage area of the
short-term rental. Vehicles shall not be parked within the right-of-way of public or private
easements, including grassy/unimproved areas;

Solid waste/trash. Trash and refuse shall not be left stored within public view, or in the public
right-of-way, except in proper containers for purposes of collection by an authorized waste
hauler;

Noise/Disturbing the Peace shall be prohibited as defined by state statute;
Disorderly conduct by rental guests is prohibited in accordance with applicable county
ordinances;

Trespassing is prohibited.

The discharge of firearms, uncontained fires, the lighting of fireworks, and all other activities
which create a threat to the health, safety, or welfare of other residents are strictly prohibited on
the grounds of any short-term rental and neighboring properties;

Quiet hours shall be observed from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.

There are 3 security cameras for your protection on the OUTSIDE of the cabin. On the front porch showing the front door, and 2 on the left side of the cabin facing the U-shaped driveway towards the main road.
