House was in a beautiful location. It was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable sitting areas and comfortable beds. Roads leading to house were a little nerve wracking and many many deer are crossing the roads or standing right at the edge of the road so care should be taken! Of course owners have no control over those things but just advance notice. If I’m ever back in the mountains of GA, I’d book again!

This was our second time spending a long weekend in Ellijay at Happy Jacks and we just love it so much! This is not your typical bare bones, cabin. Not only is it very spacious, the beds are super comfy, the river lot is gorgeous and they have everything you could possibly need, on site! Aileen is also amazing to work with. We also saw plenty of deer, up close, both times! We will definitely be back again!

Great Family Week

Our 3 generation family of nine each had the best time! We floated the river, fed the deer, played in the game room and relaxed and soaked in the simple beauty of this place as well. The cabin is fully equipped with everything needed and we were all very comfortable.
