Great stay!

We had a last-minute change of plans and were fortunate that this condo was available. Very spacious with two great balconies. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Nice property

Overall we were pleased with the property. Parking was not a problem at all. No problem getting elevators. Plenty of carts available for check in and check out. Beach not too crowded. We just wish we had known that our building was not one of the ones that had a pool in front of it. We'll be back.

Great condo in a nice location

This spacious condo has a somewhat unusual floorplan that worked great for isolating noise. This is an end unit with an extra balcony. The main balcony was large, with a nice amount of shade if desired, and a good beach view. The unit was clean. The development's area is convenient to lots of things, but just off the noisy / trafficy main drag. The pool was nice; there are two pools--to the beach side of the OTHER two buildings in this three-building development, which seems nicer (less noise). Our kids enjoyed playing pickleball on the tennis court. The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit uneven (e.g. considerably cooler in the kitchen / den area than the master bedroom). We'd happily choose the condo again. N.B. There is an on-site rental office, but our VRBO rental was though another office in a strip mall maybe half a mile away--not a big deal, but worth knowing where you're going.
