Great spot - great views!

We loved the convenience of the property to the beach! The place was great for our family of 4. Kitchen was ample enough for meals but plenty of spots nearby for great food. We enjoyed being able to access the pools and walk to the beach. The balcony was amazing and a great place to relax! Would definitely stay again!

Located in a great location, this condo was well equipped with everything we needed and was extremely clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full meal. There was more than enough space for our party of 8. I would stay here again.

Perfect Location

This is our second year staying in this condo and it's great! We are close enough to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach to drive there if we want but the atmosphere of Perdido Key is amazing! Super close to the Jellyfish, which is amazing and the entire family enjoys all the pools and the large kitchen. Will definitely be returning for a third year!

Beautiful Condo overlooking the Gulf

Super easy to book, and check-in couldn’t have been much easier. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. Property was well maintained and thoughtfully labeled. Would highly recommend and if we return to Perdido Key would definitely stay here again

This was a perfect home for our week on Perdido. Although it rained almost the entire time we were there, the condo was a good place to relax. We were happy for the indoor pool. It was easy to find and easy to get to the base (where our son was participating in a camp for the week), restaurants, grocery store and anything else we needed. The layout of the condo was good and it was comfortable and clean. We would stay here again.

Perdido Key Vacation

My family and I wanted to visit somewhere different this year for our vacation. We chose Perdido Key and I needed a 3 bedroom condo for our family and came across Beach Colony Towers. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean is gorgeous and the condo was so clean and very well taken care of plus very well decorated. I would absolutely ask for 9-A again when I go bk to Perdido Key.

An absolutely amazing condo! Very clean and neat and well stocked! This was perfect for our drop-off college week. Plenty of storage space, a beautiful view, our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out and the binder with all the local favorites was such a nice touch! I am so thankful that you were able to accommodate our family. Thank you for making everything so easy!

Great property!!! Only gave a 4 star because the couch is in terrible condition. Very uncomfortable!!! The round couch seating is missing a leg so it actually tilts when someone sits down. Would go back again if couch was replaced. We stay at Perdido beach often and will recommend to friends.

Beautiful location…overall beautiful condo. Comfy beds and linens lovely updated bathrooms (2nd bath room shower needs window covering for privacy) furniture is worn a bit, water stains on side tables, rickety lamps. Shutter doors in bedrooms all broken and need repair…. GREAT response time on needed repair of towel bar. Check in was late and the staff was super helpful. I would definitely return for another stay. Gorgeous views

Great experience at Beach Colony

Easy check-in. Everything was clean & neat. Called Stephanie in the office to report problem with the A/C unit and it was repaired within a couple of hours. Still lots of repairs being done from hurricane damage but all workers were respectful and considerate. We loved the unit - owners did a great job furnishing all we needed. It was a great week! Would request this unit again.

The condo was overall very nice but the sand was on the countertops and floors and one of the bathrooms had not been cleaned and had hair in the shower drain and the toilet was not clean. The dishwasher would not turn on either.

We loved staying here. The kids had separate bedrooms and bathrooms, one was the hall bath, but still. The photos online are very accurate so you are getting what you’re seeing. The furniture and beds were comfortable enough. Cleanest condo I’ve ever seen. I dropped the remote behind the master bed and had to use a dust mop to retrieve it. The only thing that came out was the remote. No dust or cobwebs or dirt. We made a mess in the freezer that required us to remove the drawers to clean. The fridge and freezer were spotless. Nothing but our own mess was there. The beach is close and there are pools. One is indoor. Don’t forget tennis rackets, the courts are turf. So cool.

GREAT PROPERTY!!!!! Excellent layout!!!! Very comfortable!!!!!! Without a doubt would stay again!!!! Only drawback (well maybe we just aren’t that bright…..lol) was finding the ironing board and iron. Also maybe consider a electronic lock for the front door. Other than that we had a GREAT time our week there.

Slice of Heaven

I could write a novel about how much we loved Beach Colony!! Check-in was easy. I love the location on Perdido Key. The unit was absolutely beautiful! Furnished nicely. 3/3 was perfect for us! Very spacious. 9th floor unit was great for viewing sunsets. The balcony is HUGE! Very convenient Beach walkover is literally down the elevator and a right turn! We stayed seven nights. There is a Keurig coffee brewer, as well as a drip coffee pot! Beds were comfy & I slept like a baby! I could go on & on about this unit/property! There are just too many things to love! The Deep Blue Sea food truck is within walking distance & is out of this world! They are closed on Mondays & Sundays. Their hours are 11-2 on the days they are open! Many restaurants within a mile of the resort! Publix & Winn Dixie within a five minute drive! If you are considering Beach Colony for your next beach vacation......do not hesitate! It’s a slice of Heaven on Earth!

Perfect Getaway

The condo unit was absolutely beautiful! And the views were even better! We had a few issues with getting the AC to consistently work, but the property managers for the most part were very prompt with communication. I also understand that a lot of work was being done around the area due to the hurricane in September, so I understand management was super busy! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect getaway we needed and I would definitely stay here again!
