Very Cozy Park Model Cabin with New Hot Tub! equipped with full kitchen with all the amenities from home, the master bedroom with queen size bed and a large loft has 2 twin beds, a fold out futon couch in the living room which has an electric fireplace, FREE Internet WIFI flat screen TV with Streaming only, and outdoors a nice size front porch with Hot Tub plus patio furniture & a gas grill, cozy fire pit and there is also a Water park splash pad Great outdoor Fun!

Nice getaway!

The cabin is located in a really great spot a lot of tree coverage which we loved. The hot tub was excellent and it was great having access to a grill. The place has a nice home like feel very cozy.

Very cute place.

We went up to get out of the AZ Heat, and this place was perfect, we were able to leave the windows open, there was always a cool breeze, the front porch was perfect for watching the rain. In the mornings when it was a bit cool we used the fireplace for a bit of heat. Perfect.

We’ll be back!

We have stayed here twice now and just love it! The loft has a low ceiling but our son loved that space. It works well for younger kids. The main bedroom is downstairs. Hot tub, fire pit & BBQ.. Just about everything you need in the kitchen. Overall a great little place! We’ll be back!

Great place to get away!!

We love the location and cabin. Very clean and EXACTLY what was explained in description of the property. Very easy to contact owner and ask questions. Definitely will look into renting same unit in the future. I liked the fact that we could take our dog with us. She isn’t a small dog but a well trained dog and was very happy that she was able to enjoy the cooler weather with us. Thank you.

Nice little cabin. Only complaint would be that the door handle wanted to be difficult sometimes. Family loved the closeness to the park and splashpad. Would definitely return to this place.

We are sorry to hear that Rod was unhappy with his stay and chose to leave a 3-star review after departing early. Our policy clearly states that we do not issue refunds for early check-outs, a detailed confirmation was sent prior to arrival with all of his check-in information. It appears there may have been some oversight of these details, as he also called upon arrival to request the keyless entry code, which had been previously provided. While we did supply the code again immediately during the call, we were unable to accommodate his request for a refund for the final night. Best regards
