Luxurious Studio overlooking scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Condo has been thoughtfully remodeled from top to bottom and has been professionally decorated throughout with brand new furnishings. This studio sleeps 2 with cozy bedding and dimmable lighting. It has a sitting area with a sofa and 70 inch smart TV. There is also a table perfect for laptop usage or eating take out from one of the amazing restaurants within walking distance. Studio is equipped with a kitchenette stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishes and a mini refrigerator. Deeded Beach access is located a short walk (.25 mile) from the Condo. Beach tram runs March - October and picks up and drops off at the complex.

Condo resides in the family friendly Village of South Walton complex. All guests will have access to 2 Pools (1 is heated during colder temps) and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills available for guest's use also located at the pool area. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry grocery mart, you have everything for a perfect beach escape.

Unit comes with 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, starter sets of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

It was a good stay, everything was within walking distance which was perfect considering our car broke down. Check in was easy and the place was super cute. Only complaint was that there were stains and hairs on bed/pillows but with the washers and dryers around corner we just threw them in there super quick. Overall a great stay !

The condo is stunning! Very clean, modern, and chic! It is located in the heart of the Inlet Beaches with super close access to the beach, local shops and eateries. It is the perfect getaway for two.

This unit is not a studio apartment. It is equipped like a sizeable hotel room with a microwave and fridge. There is no kitchen nor even a kitchenette to allow for food prep. There is no seating except for a small loveseat that barely accommodates two average sized adults at the same time. It is next to a busy street with road noise during the day. Overall, the room is nicely furnished for a single or two small-average sized adults with a queen bed. The area surrounding the property is lovely. The beaches are nearby, so no shuttle is required to access them but one is available. Although this property is clean, in a nice overall location with upscale decor, it is not a 10/10 as the ratings suggest compared to surrounding properties.

The perfect anniversary stay! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! The location was ideal with just a short walk to the beach, and there were fun shops/entertainment right under the condos! The environment was all very safe and clean. Our condo was immaculate with everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very easy to contact, always responded quickly, and helped with any accommodations. They provided several helpful recommendations for food, which we took advantage of and are so glad we did! We will definitely recommend this stay on 30a!
