The Space:

Sunlight streams through the open living area, inviting you to linger over coffee at the island while the gentle hum of the air‑conditioning keeps the Florida heat at bay. Afternoons drift between shared spaces and the heated pool, where the water feels warm enough for a splash even after a day at the parks. Evenings settle into relaxed conversation on the patio, the sky painted in soft twilight hues. Sleeping arrangements

The house sleeps up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and a sofa bed. Downstairs, a king bed anchors the master suite with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, a queen bed fills the second bedroom, while the third and fifth bedrooms each feature two twin beds with Lion King themed décor, ideal for younger guests. A fourth bedroom offers another queen bed, and the upstairs living area provides a sofa bed for two more.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. The home has an electric lock and you will be provided with a code which will be valid for the duration of your stay.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
