The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set the thermostat to A/C and temperature to 76 degrees.
Make sure all items are returned to their original locations. Ex: TV remotes, games, dish ware, etc.
Bedding can remain as is, and all towels (including pool towels) should be left in the bathrooms.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Absolutely no shoes in the carpeted areas - Refrain from placing luggage on top of furniture. Luggage racks provided in each room for that purpose.
- No loud music allowed in the house anytime. - Using bath towels to wipe off makeup is not allowed. Guests are responsible for any stains or damages
- Don't take house items. House is inventoried. - Early check-ins/late check-outs must be authorized and paid beforehand. - NO jumping on furniture

Great Place!

The townhome is close to all Disney locations, expressways, and restaurants/stores. Its perfect for a family, very clean, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Additionally you have access to a pool, hot tub, and workout room. We were very happy with our stay.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described. It is clean and close to everything. Close to Disney, restaurants, groceries, golf courses, etc. Property manager is on top of everything. We received many communications prior to our arrival with all the necessary information. It couldn't be clearer.

GREAT stay for a Disney vacation

Very nice, clean townhome - super close to Disney. Home was perfect for our family. Owner is so helpful and friendly and easy to communicate with. Target, stores, and TONS of restaurants are minutes away. Only (minor) complaint was the community pool was not heated - so it was a little too cold to swim during our stay in March but it would probably feel great in the summer months. Overall we loved this townhome and would 100% stay again!
