☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This cozy cottage home has two gorgeous bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows for long nights of blissful sleep. The main bedroom has a queen bed with a vanity and an ensuite bathroom- this one also contains the washer and dryer. The second bedroom has another queen bed and houses the air mattress in the closet along with the pack-n-play. All bedrooms have rotating fans, nightstands, plugs for all electronic devices and flat-screen smart TVs.

If you’re a large group on vacation together, having access to multiple bathrooms is important. There is one guest bathroom that offers a tub/shower combo with a smart mirror. The master bath is located through the master bedroom and also offers a tub/shower combo perfect for everyone in your party. Each bathroom is updated with tile in the showers, hand soap, hair dryers, toiletries are all provided in each bathroom; as well as 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom for your stay.

Wake up in the morning to the smell of freshly brewed coffee, which is provided for you with everything you need. We have a Keurig Duo, French Press, Coffee Grinder, Milk Frothier and K-cups provided for you. Use the oven or microwave to make a homemade breakfast and sit down at the table to discuss your plans for the day. The open-concept layout allows multiple guests to use the space without feeling cramped or crowded.

The open shelving and full-size refrigerator provide plenty of space to store your family’s favorite groceries. Take advantage of the many handy appliances like toaster, tea kettle, handheld mixer, and other kitchen gadgets, while a large sink and a whisper-quiet dishwasher make cleaning up a breeze.

The living room is designed to bring everyone together with classic vintage and local décor. A comfortable couch sits in front of the flat-screen, Smart TV with Roku access, Hulu Live, ESPN + and Disney + already loaded. The coffee table converts to a desk if needed and houses the games, puzzles including Smokies-opoly. There is also a basket with some toys for the smallest of travelers

Another amazing feature of this home is the Arcade game that is in the shared space with the dining table. It is an SNU 1940 2-player upright arcade machine. It is for either one or two players and the joystick and buttons light up! The main games in this 1,940-game unit are games like Frogger, Street Fighter, Mortal Combat, and NBA Jam. You can challenge everyone in your party for the ultimate high score and maybe you can even get a high score on every single game. No need to go to any arcades in the area when you have one in your own space to use anytime you want.

The EV charger is available for your entire stay, just be sure to mention it when you book, so that you can receive the code to open the box. The box is located on the parking space that is to the left of the house.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire property. There is reliable high-speed internet throughout the entire property. Streaming services are available on flat-screen Roku TVs throughout the home, but we have included Hulu Live, ESPN+ and Disney+ for your stay.

Parking is available on the property and can easily fit two cars with space for a third if needed.

A keypad is located at the front door and back door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 24 hours before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration.

Please note there are security cameras on the front and back doors for your safety and security. There are no cameras inside the property.

☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation.
☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation.
☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property, but please clean up after yourself.
☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including toothpaste, toothbrush, and razors; Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap and Body Wash are all provided for you.
☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied

❁PETS❁
We love hosting pets! We happily welcome up one dog up to 50 lbs at our home with an added pet fee of $60/pet. if you would like to bring more than one, just message us and it may be allowed on a case-by-case basis. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!

Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard; we have provided animal waste bags for you. We ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out.
