Book early to reserve this popular location. The golfing is wonderful,the beaches are spectacular, and the walking, hiking and bike trails are waiting! This newly redecorated second floor 2bd/2bth condo is located kitty-corner from the golf school and has a view of the pond and is equipped with WIRELESS access to stay connected with family, friends or the office during your stay. This condo has been newly refurbished and redecorated. While redecorating we were aware of every detail including installing a peep-hole in the front door, a door knocker and a 'hotel style' indoor chain lock. Both the master bedroom and the spare bedroom have their own TV's and the living room has a new, 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and some DVDs. The spare bedroom is also equipped with an IPod docking station. 7G has been completely tiled and the kitchen has new granite counter tops.

The Master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins which can be made into a seamless king size bed (if preferred) and there is a Queen sleeper in the living room. Just let us know your needs and we will accommodate you. All linens and towels are here for your use including beach towels, beach chairs, etc.

True Blue and Caledonia have been named one of 'America's 100 Greatest Public Courses' by Golf Digest and ranked in the top 10 of Golf Digest's 'Top 50 Courses in Myrtle Beach'. The Steve Dresser Golf Academy is a chip shot away! The newly re-opened Founder's Club, Willbrook, Tradition, and Heritage courses are all within a 10 minute 'drive'. The Caledonia Golf and Fish Club is a must. It is absolutely gorgeous and .... challenging! It is located less than a 5 minute drive from the condo. (actually, it is across the street)

Create your own meals in the completely equipped kitchen or on the outdoor grill located on the grounds below our fully screened porch. Visit one of the many fabulous restaurants in Pawleys Island, nearby Myrtle Beach, Georgetown or one of Murrells Inlet's famous seafood eateries. Dining facilities are available at True Blue or Caledonia Clubhouses. There are sample menus and 'places of interest' brochures in the condo for your perusal.

Non golfers can spend their time swimming at one of the 4 pools, lounging in the hot tub, playing tennis on the courts or spending hours shopping at the many wonderful local shops. Pawleys Island is famous for its exceptional beach (only a 5 minute drive across the North or South Causeway). Watching the pelicans fishing and the dolphins jumping are one of our favorite past times. Tour beautiful Brookgreen Gardens (once purchased, your pass is valid for an additional 6 days), Huntington State Park or visit one of the many historic Plantation Homes in the area open to the public.
