Beautiful place for a large group. We enjoyed having a bathroom in each room. There are also additional half bathrooms throughout the home. Only a 0.5 mile ride from the beach and a golf cart available to get there. We did experience no AC on the 3rd floor a few nights. Fire pits on the balconies and the backyard were not usable due to parts being ordered. Elevator wasn’t available. We weren’t notified. We stayed during a hurricane and we had a loss of power but there was no back up generator available. The property managers were accommodating after with a small refund.

This was our favorite house we’ve stayed in on 30A! The layout is fantastic for a large group. The walk to the beach is so easy and pleasant. The pool, volleyball, fire pit and spa are unbeatable! Would stay here again in a heart beat!

What an incredible stay! This house was even more beautiful and pristine than the photos showed. It was the perfect size for our group of 20, including a wide range of ages from senior citizens to infants. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, so everyone was comfortable. We spent a lot of time enjoying the well-maintained pool and hot tub. The location was fantastic, too—just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We can't wait to visit again!

Great venue for our Annual AGM!

We had an incredible time at the rental property in Santa Rosa, Florida! The beach was 4 mins golf drive away, and the pool and spa were fantastic. We loved playing volleyball on the court and making unforgettable memories together. It was the perfect getaway for fun, laughter, and bonding. If you’re looking for a great beach vacation, this place is a must-visit!

I gave it 4 stars overall because we had air conditioning issues on the 3rd floor for the 1st 2 nights, smoke alarm issue on one day and ants around the pool. The air conditioning was fixed after two tires by maintenance to clear the drain line before they called an air conditioning company who fixed it in one visit. The two alarms they fixed the same day, and they said they were going to contact the company that takes care of the ants. Also, we had two items not working (3td floor frig and 4th floor tv); however, those didn't impact the visit. Our grandkids had a great time in the backyard and preferred that to going to the beach! The ants were the only issue they had.
