Perfect for our quick trip

This property was perfect for our family for a short stay! The apartment was very clean, and I am quite picky about cleanliness. The layout of the apartment is a bit quirky, it’s kind of a long hallway with rooms off of one side, but it slept 5 of us comfortably and seemed like the right price for what it was. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at this VRBO! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing visit.The location was ideal—close enough to local attractions and restaurants, and easy access to surrounding areas. Our family is residents of Fayette county for many years. This has been a great little safe town to raise our family. We love this town but there’s still plenty to do. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, golf courses, antique shops boutique shops, coffee shops, outlet malls and centrally located from Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus and 20 minutes from Chillicothe and Wilmington.
Also with your stay is free access to Court House Fitness where you can enjoy Sauna, hottub. Olympic swimming pool, free weights and all your fitness needs!
We Sincerely hope you enjoy your stay!
