Great stay!!

My boyfriend, a friend of ours and myself were in town for a wedding and this was the the perfect spot! The condo was exactly as it is pictured in the listing. Everything was clean and the owners responded very quickly for any questions we had. Its super close to the beach and a lot of attractions. It was everything we expected and would highly recommend!

Clean and Spacious

Emily was very communicative which was very helpful. Her home was very spacious and clean. Everything that we needed was provided and my family enjoyed the stay. I would love to return here anytime we're in the area.

Unit has some wear to it. Front bedroom had no box spring. But overall, nice unit.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you overall enjoyed the unit. Regarding the front bedroom, the bed is a design that does not require a box spring, which is intentional. If you prefer a different setup or have any specific needs, please feel free to let us know for future stays. We appreciate your comments and hope to host you again!

Nice location

We came in for our sons baseball tournament. This is a fantastic location removed from the noise of being directly on the strip. The condo was laid out very well for a couple and one child. It was exactly as described in the ad, however, the furniture is In DEFINITE need of upgrading. The mattresses were awful. I didn’t expect top of the line but these were just awful. None of us could sleep. The couch was just as awful. I found myself sitting on the dining chairs just to be somewhat comfortable. We have animals. I’m NOT opposed to having dogs in the house. But it’s obvious that renters have let their animals potty on the outdoor balcony because once the sun hits on the outdoor carpet and heats it up, you have to retreat inside because the odor of dog urine will overwhelm you. Pros: price, location!, safety layout Cons: furniture, smell

The propertywas old and needed some TLC. Great location but did not look like the pictures. It was to accommodat 1e 6 people but only had on couch that sat 3 whereas the pictures showed 2 couches. The kitchen was NOT well stocked. 1 oven mit, no dish cloths, no tee towels, 6 tiny forks and knives with one sharp small knife. Lots of BBQ utensils even through there is no BBQ. Garbage can with no lid in middle of kitchen. There was 1 hanger for each bedroom closet and only 1 towel for each person. We had to call and ask for extra towels (i mean even a hotel provides 2 towels for each person) and they only brought one for 4 people. There was no cutting board to slice things and no soap to watch pots & pans. There was sioo much condensation in the windows you could not see out of them at all. They all need to be replaced. I have stayed at alot of arbnb and vrbo's but I must say this was a disappointment. Also pool closed October 1 which there was noo mention of and was one of the attractions. I wish I had taken photos for this listing but \i did not

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. I want to address a few points: the property’s condition and amenities are something I take seriously. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the limited kitchen supplies .Typically, we provide enough basic kitchen essentials, and I regret if these were not sufficient during your stay. I also appreciate your comments about the condensation and will look into ways to improve ventilation. I regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.
