In Cabo for a wedding and stayed here for a full week in May. This was a terrific experience from the beginning with the early check-in, the beautifully manicured property, great service all week from the hotel staff. The condo is huge with two large bedrooms and a massive veranda accessible from both rooms. We dined in for most meals to save a few dollars and the large kitchen with full size appliances was great. We used the gym everyday, took walks into town and spent allot of time at the beach which was easily accessible. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend. Only negatives were the constant barrage of peddlers on the beach selling clothing, jewelry and other items but that has nothing to do with the resort or condo. I would also suggest that the listing make clear that the resort does charge fees outside of this booking for “environmental sanitation”. It’s not a lot but that should be disclosed as the “no additional fees” is misleading. But otherwise, this was a wonderful week and we would stay here again.

We loved our stay at La Estancia, the property is beautiful, well kept and safe. The resort restaurants have amazing food and the host was very gracious with an early check in and late check out. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re headed to Cabo.

Fabulous condo!

The condo was immaculate and spacious and well-appointed. The best part was the huge balcony with the spectacular view! The pool area was fantastic and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great - about a mile walk (or taxi) to the marina with tons of restaurants and shops (and a gigantic supermarket). I highly recommend if you are going to Cabo!

Overall it was a great stay. It would have even been better if the AC worked properly. The main living AC emitted stale air, only cool the first 2 days. We made sure to close all doors and lock them. Still no AC. Bedrooms were fine.

La Estancia

This was our 3rd time in Cabo San Lucas and this villa was the best by far. It was in the perfect location right on the beach and close to the marina. The service and amenities were awesome. The villa itself was spacious and a perfect space for our party of 6 adults. It was clean and modern. It had everything you would need while on vacation. The pool was perfect. Always seating and the service was great. The grounds were perfectly kept. Many options for dining and close to supermarket for at home meals. I would highly recommend staying at La Estancia!

We had a very lovely stay as a party of 5, including 2 young children (toddler and infant). The apartment was spacious, the balcony was perfect for our needs (lots of time to hang out during naps) and in general we felt like we got a great experience at a good value. A few thing I wish I'd known ahead of time:-There is no water dispenser in the fridge. I had thought there was based on the images, so it did require us to purchase drinking water. No big deal but a filter of some kind would have been even better. (There also is no ice maker but there were ice trays)-We traveled in late Feb and the balcony was almost entirely shaded all day. Worth nothing for sun worshippers. -There is only an armchair next to the king bed in the mainbedroom, but the images here show a small couch. We were glad we had brought a blow up bed for our toddler rather than planning to use the couch. -To that end, cribs were available to rent from the resort but they were quite expensive in our opinion-it was cheaper to check one as a bag. -The kitchen was well equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There were also a good amount of plates and silverware and cups but the plates are probably due for replacement soon- they were almost all quite chipped. Also, cereal bowls would have been nice to have (also for things like salsa etc)-we were able to have groceries delivered from Walmart and did Uber eats deliveries which ended up a much better value than the resort food prices/AYCE
