House is nice but does need more maintenance, and appliances need updating or more cleaning

2 comfortable size bathrooms between the 2 units. The other bathrooms were extremely small and nearly impossible to shower in as an adult. Backyard was great. Overall home was clean and convenient for travel.
The house has the ability to host 21 adults somewhat comfortably. The place was clean upon arrival, but we did note some broken items such as the blinds and a toilet paper holder. The host was responsive and offered to send maintenance, but it wasn’t a big deal to us. The beds were good enough, the pullout beds were a little questionable but were satisfactory. The place has starter toiletries such as toilet paper, shower towels, shampoo, and bar hand soap, but I’d recommend bringing extra toilet paper and your own travel shampoo and conditioner since the ones provided were small. The showers are on the smaller side, especially the ones in the main bedrooms. The kitchens are nice and came with some cookware. I recommend bringing extra trash bags. Unfortunately, the refrigerators had a difficult time cooling down items. This seemed to be an existing issue as they provided a mini-fridge before our arrival. The mini-fridge wouldn’t work at first, but we just had to connect it to a different outlet. The backyard was nice. The pool was great for guests who got tired of the beach. Keep in mind that the pool is U-shaped and the middle part is the deepest, I think 5 feet. The grill was nice, however, I wouldn’t cook on it directly as it was dirty and rusted. We were not able to get the gas fire pit to work despite following the directions. The beach was a 7–10 minute walk; bring a beach cart if you don’t want to carry your stuff. We had a good time and the house was enough for us!

The pool and back yard was amazing but the rest was just ok. Definitely does not sleep 24. I would not touch the pullout couches since they haven’t been cleaned out since the Stone Age. Thankfully we didn’t need them. The beds were comfortable. The tiny shower is not usable as the water pressure was strong and the drain could not keep up causing over flow if you took a shower longer than 3 minutes. The place was very organized and tidy but very dirty and stunk of marijauna upon walking through the door. Could not sit on the couch because it stunk so bad. There was a half a bag of cereal pored
Out in one of the cupboards. There were a few minor things that were broken but didn’t affect our stay. When I called to talk about everything to a representative they were very kind and took note of everything. Overall we had a great time on our vacation and the stay was great just very dirty.
I stayed here for five days in June 2026 with eight family members (ages 15–81), and it was the worst vacation rental I've experienced. The only positives were the working A/C and clean pool. The property was dirty and poorly maintained. We arrived to overflowing trash cans that remained for over two days despite repeated complaints, attracting flies and animals that scattered garbage across the yard. I also had to pick up broken glass to make the yard safe.Inside, the house smelled smoky and had stained furniture, dirty walls and floors, greasy appliances, poorly cleaned dishes, water-damaged bathrooms, broken fixtures, and roaches at night. There were numerous safety hazards, including warped deck boards, uneven steps, broken kitchen chairs that collapsed under two family members, a damaged bedroom door, sharp ceramic edges on the outdoor table, and gaps under the deck.Management responded to emails but addressed very little. They unexpectedly sent a cleaner while we were making dinner, fixed only a few plumbing issues, and eventually removed the trash after multiple complaints. Most safety and maintenance concerns were ignored, and although I was promised a follow-up after checkout, I never heard back. This rental was far too expensive for its condition. It felt more like a neglected frat house than a vacation home. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.
