Step out onto your private balcony and take in the purple hues of the sunset over Emerald Mountain. The only thing obstructing your view from the mountains and the beautiful Yampa valley may be an occasional hot air balloon.

This property was clean, nicely appointed and a perfect size for us with a stunning view. It was close enough to downtown and trails for hiking & exploration but far enough away to give you privacy and easy relaxation. Ann was a fabulous hostess and wonderful communicator. I would recommend a stay at this property for anyone visiting Steamboat Springs, CO.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The shuttle was easy to take to the ski resort. The place was clean and had everything we needed. And yes, the view was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Ann was very helpful, the apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. The location was great and we were very close to all the facilities. The bus service was also excellent. I would recommend this place and would happily stay there again. The views were also amazing.

What a fabulous place! Plenty of room for 2 couples and the no-joke view is actually no-joke, especially at night. Great regular shuttle to the ski area with very courteous drivers. Our host, Ann, thought of every possible amenity - Plenty of cookware, utensils, cleaning products and towels. We cooked at home some nights but we also took advantage of the great restaurant scene. We took the short walk to the free bus to go into town and then an Uber ride back home. Hots tubs were great and had the same fabulous view. Highly recommend this place.

Very welcoming. Instructions were easy. Ann was responsive to our call. The hot tub was clean and warm. The ski shuttle arrived every 15” 2 doors down from the condo, which made our stay, since we were high on the hill. Great view!

Why they chose this property

The view! Plus, it's in a quiet location, but just 1/2 mile drive (and about a 15 minute downhill walk) to where all the action is at the base of the ski mountain.
