About this property

Live like a local! Remodeled craftsman style home located on top of Queen Anne minutes from Downtown, SLU, and hot spots including Ballard & Fremont. Quiet family neighborhood - walk to coffee/breakfast/market. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and includes a spacious living room with gas fireplace, dining room with period details and a modern kitchen. The yard is a fully fenced oasis with lounge area and dining table. There is also a workspace, fast Wifi, AC & 1 off street parking spot.
The space
Idyllic location on a quiet leafy family-friendly residential street just minutes to all Seattle has to offer. Spotless recently remodeled and tastefully decorated unit. The first floor has a formal entryway, spacious living room with gas fireplace, dining room and modern updated kitchen. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, dressers and closet space. There is also an office space and a remodeled bathroom which includes a double vanity, large tub and full sized washer & dryer. Please note the unit is the first two floors of our house, and our basement is periodically also an Airbnb (with a separate entrance), so while it is a completely separate unit, there are some shared walls which may result in being able to hear some noise.

Fantastic home!

Beautiful classic home in QA, just as described! I so much enjoyed staying here, comfortable and cozy, in a buzzing, friendly neighborhood. Extremely clean and well loved~ with an attention to detail. Kitchen was well stocked, communication was easy and responsive . I highly recommend this home, thanks Melissa!

Beautiful home in a stunning neighborhood!

What a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, and peaceful patio to chat with friends. Walked to a bakery and had a delicious breakfast. Took walks in the neighborhood daily. Sat on front porch to drink our morning coffee. Highly recommend if you want be close to Seattle, but in a quiet neighborhood.

Central Seattle location -- it's close to downtown and just a few minutes to all the sights while at the same time our Queen Anne neighborhood feels like a suburb with kids playing and families walking the tree-lined streets.
