Nestled on a hillside on the west side of Queen Anne Hill this unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment on the top floor of a duplex with a private back patio and partial Sound & Marina views. It’s a full time vacation rental with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV’s (No cable) & memory foam beds as well as toys and video games. You’re close to Downtown, Queen Anne, Ballard and Fremont while still enjoying your own Pied-à-terre on a quiet hillside overlooking Interbay and the marina.
The West side of Queen Anne is a fantastic Seattle Neighborhood. It's close to many local favorites such as Ballard, Fremont, Downtown and Upper and Lower Queen Anne Hill.
Guests can let themselves in via the front door smart lock and the home can be accessed by going up the stairs to the front door.
This professionally designed vacation rental is setup to provide a comfortable experience for all types of travelers. This home is a full time vacation rental on the top floor of an owner occupied duplex. The home has partial views of Puget Sound and the marina for a truly unique Seattle experience. You're a 10 minute drive to Downtown, Ballard and Fremont and about 1 mile away from the top of Queen Anne with fantastic dining and bars.

Our customer service team is available 24/7 should you need anything at all during your stay.

NOTE: This home is located on a hill and can be accessed via ~30 steps leading up to the front entrance of the apartment. There is NO access other than via the stairs. Please see pictures for additional detail

Great place!

We just had family move to Seattle and will be visiting fairly often. Would definitely go back to this place! Located super close to a Whole Foods and some really cute shops/coffee shops. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in Seattle

This place is perfectly located for easy access to downtown. The place was clean and we appreciated having the AC for those hot summer afternoons. I would happily stay here again!

The property was perfect for what we needed. The neighbourhood is beautiful and close to many amenities. We loved how quiet the area was, but still close enough to downtown. We will definitely stay here again.

Very great place if you're looking for a quiet tucked away stay in Seattle! Definitely not the spot for parties or large groups, but it worked perfectly fine for me and my two friends visiting for the long weekend! Very beautiful views from the living room window and the apartment itself and property is stunning!

Convenient location & cozy interior

A convenient location- close enough to lots of restaurants, shopping, and more, but far enough away from downtown that it wasn’t crazy busy. Clean and accurate to the pictures in the listing. The host was very helpful and replied quickly if we had any questions. A nice place to come back to after exploring the city during the day!

Peaceful Retreat close to everything

My son and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. The neighborhood was quiet with a great view, there was ample street parking, and the unit was meticulously tidy and well stocked with everything you need. No problems with anything and host kept in touch to ensure everything went smoothly.

Great stay

My coworker and I were in town for a week long conference. Nice quiet neighborhood with parking to come back to after a long day of classes. The property was just as described, clean, quiet with a great view. The Host was available for questions and responded quickly. I will definitely rebook on future trips to Seattle.

Perfect stay

I loved the property. It is the perfect size for one to 5 people. The kitchen had everything I needed. Living areas were comfortable. Everything was clean and taken care of. The area is safe and easily accessible to restaurants and markets in Queen Anne. It is also very close to the tourist areas and public transportation. It was easy to get in touch with the host. They responded quickly even late in the evening. They were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property.

Charming home with beautiful sunset views!

My daughter and I enjoyed this upper level charming home with great views of the sunset over Puget Sound. Every room is exactly as shown in photos and provides everything you need. The washer/dryer and other amenities were very convenient. Very much appreciated super fast responses from host for questions we had before booking & after arrival. Quiet neighborhood and location to Queen Anne Ave & Kerry Park was perfect with a short Uber ride. We'll definitely keep this one at top of the list for next time!

Seattle stay

This is an older property and in need of some external repair. Don't let that deter you. Indoors had been remodeled and was clean and comfortable. The beds were sper comfy. We were close enough to downtown and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, bakery and coffe shops.We did not use the outdoor patio space. Having a washer and dryer was essential. We would stay here again.

Cute Queen Anne Home

Very cute and contemporary reno in a great location! It was a warm week in Seattle, and we were happy to walk in to ac units turned on in both bedrooms. Very comfortable beds, a lovely kitchen for morning coffee, and stylish living room for relaxing in the evening. Photos reflect the rooms. Nice westerly views of the water. There were no coffee pods upon our arrival, but our host Jacob had them delivered within the hour! Communication was excellent. Thanks for everything Jacob!

Great place to Chill - We would certainly go back.

This was a short stay to see the sights of Seattle before my wife and I sailed to Alaska with another couple. This is indeed a charmer of a property. It is a short Uber ride to Seattle's main sites and close to the cruise terminal from which we were sailing. The place is perfectly appointed, clean, comfortable, and cozy. We only used the Keurig (stocked with enough Pike Place blend for our stay) and the microwave, but the kitchen was well equipped for more hands-on cooking plans. Check in and check out were easy, but it took a while to figure out the electronic door lock. Just a final word of warning. There are few but steep steps to get in and out the apartment, so this property may be a challenge for someone with a bad knee or hip.

Quiet location just outside the bustle of downtown but close enough to go back and forth to the city on a whim. Nice to have smart tv with Netflix for end of the day relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked with anything needed to cook on site. Although we ate out most of the time, nice to have a fridge to stock a few snacks. Beds were comfortable and adjustable wall heaters for your comfort. Bathroom small but fine for just 2 people. No counter space, but a few drawers. Nice tile, but some peeling paint. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Laundry room nice but we didn't use. Outdoor space limited but again we didn't use. First night I think we got the very last possible spot to park and it was tight but after that we were able to park directly in front of the unit. Very tight roads with limited maneuverability. Great views of the bay from living room window. Very few cons and served our needs at an affordable price. Thank you to the attentive hosts and check ins.
