Great place, good location. Enjoyed the hot tub. Disappointed that the bikes weren't in working order. Nice bike path nearby. Tarpon Springs was a fun place too. Would stay again.

Amazing

What a Great Place , Brittany and her family have very very nice. One of the nicest places I have stayed on VRBO the guys and I enjoyed it very much very relaxing. The hot tub was amazing after playing 36 holes of golf every day we will return highly recommend. Brittany was very responsive to any questions you had and also checking on us to see if we need anything five stars all the way!!!!.

Lovely house

The house was immaculate. Check in process was easy. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked. For us the proximity to the Pinellas bike trail was a real plus. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

great location -- 2.5 miles to Tarpon Springs; 7.2 miles to Dunedin, super clean, comfortable beds, had all the necessary items for cooking and baking if interested; owner also provided a kind note and a small welcome gift to make the trip special; really LOVED the user manual provided; will definitely stay here next time I am in Florida -- thank you for ALL you did to make me feel welcome!

Great house, extremely well outfitted

What a wonderful house! Reminds me of what vacation rental homes used to be. Kitchen was fully equipped, lots of fun things to do, foosball, hot tub, beach equipment, bikes, scooters, games. Came with my family and I would 100% stay there again and recommend it. Nice neighborhood, right on the Tarpon border. I’m from Tarpon and I would have said it’s Tarpon, but it’s right on the line and I any case, everyone thing is real close.

BEST VRBO EVER!!!!

We came to FL to celebrate birthdays with our daughter and 1 year old granddaughter. They came each day while we were there. Brittany has thought of every imaginable detail to make guests feel welcome and entertain. She is extremely generous in the amenities tgat she provides. The home is beautifully appointed and so clean! We would stay here every time we come visit!!!!

Hidden Gem

Absolutely one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed at. This home shows just what pride of ownership is all about. Super clean, attentive and responsive owners, quality throughout from the bed linens to the games and toys provided, everything was meant to provide comfort and peace of mind. It is also well stocked with just about everything you can imagine. Florida's best beaches are all close by and there is enough to do nearby you could easily fill an entire month with nonstop activity. We can't wait to come back.

What a wonderful house. Immaculately clean, well stocked with everything you might need. We enjoyed using the kayaks and beach supplies. The hot tub was great for an evening dip. Brittany was a terrific host, checked on us and responded super fast when we had a question. Great location for us, near area beaches, restaurants, and the Innisbrook resort where the wedding we were attending was held. Couldn't have been better, many thanks!

My first ever 5 star across the board review!

My daughter and I had a 3 day event in Tampa and decided to make a getaway week of it. This home was an hour away from our event but it was the only listing in the area that fit our aesthetic and had what we were looking for. When we booked, we received a digital book with so much great info about the house, the hosts, the area, etc…it got us so excited for our stay! When we arrived, the house looked exactly as it does in the listing. It was so clean and there was so much attention to decor detail and extra amenities. There was everything we needed and so much more! On one occasion the breaker on the oven glitched. I messaged our host and she was at the house within 5 minutes and had it all taken care of. It’s very rare to find a host that does things just like you do at home but Brittany has made an beautiful, welcoming space in this home. We’re already planning our next trip down and cannot wait to stay here again!

Home Away From Home

We had 6 people traveling to palm harbor. Not for vacation but for a funeral service of a family member. This was the perfect location for us. The first day we flew in was the day of the funeral so it was a long day. When we finally arrived at the house we unpacked and relaxed. Beds were comfortable, House was clean and had all we needed. Felt like we were at home. My son is allergic to detergent and I was so glad they washed all the bedding in sensitive skin detergent. I didn’t have to rewash anything. The next couple of days we were there we decided to venture out. Met family at the beach. This house had everything you needed for the beach. Chairs, towels etc. The garage had games which kept my 2 little grand babies busy when we wanted to relax. They had a ball! I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you needed. So happy we had a place like home. Made our stay so much easier. We had a great stay here.
