Modern, spacious condo w/ pool. Close to Downtown.

Our condo is brand new with all modern fixtures and an open floor plan. We are on the 3rd floor, next to the elevator, but away from most of the other units. When you walk in you will find the guest bedroom first, which has a queen bed, smart TV and tons of closet space. There is a blackout shade on the window for those who like to sleep in or take naps. The master bedroom is further down the hallway and has the attached bathroom with a walk in shower and bidet on the toilet. This bedroom had a king sized bed. Both mattresses are Tempur-Pedic with good bedding and are super comfortable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cook all your meals at the condo or to enjoy a bbq upstairs near the pool. The living room and kitchen open up to the patio if you slide the glass doors open on both sides. This way there is even more space to enjoy both the indoors and outdoors at the same time. The TV in the living room can swivel so that it can be watched from the master or the patio as well. It also has all the streaming choices and channels you would want. If you want some privacy or need to shut out the light, the living area has hotel style blackout curtains that will give you just that.
Up on the rooftop, you will find the pool, bbq and extra restrooms to your right. Straight ahead is a common sitting area with an amazing view of the city and marina. If you're in the mood to workout, there are a couple yoga mats, a jump rope, a medicine ball and strength bands.
This place is perfect for anyone who wants to stay in a comfortable, luxurious, spacious place thats away from the craziness and noise of the city. However, its only a 20 minute walk/7 minute drive to downtown. There are also a lot of great restaurants within a closer distance. We have lots of great suggestions if you're interested because Cabo is one of our favorite places to visit.
