Luxury Home in Pedregal with Infinity Pool! Walk to Town, Harbor and Beach!


Everything is modern in this unique property, located in Pedregal, the most exclusive gated community in the heart of Cabo San Lucas. The villa is literally built into the mountainside and features natural rock walls. Casa Amistad is perfect for six adults, but also could accommodate four adults and four children. Enjoy your private pool, expansive modern kitchen with cooking island that seats 8, 2 master suites, 2 large bathrooms and two full-size sofa beds in the living area. A professional property manager will greet you upon your arrival in the gated courtyard. The property manager will show you around the property and answer any questions you may have. We are here to accommodate your needs as we want to make sure your stay at Casa Amistad is stress free, enjoyable, and memorable.
House rules and extra fees:
Overnight guest limit is 6 people.
At least one guest must be 21 years or older.
Unauthorized overnight guests will be charged $116 per night.
No loud outdoor noise after 10 p.m. If rules are broken that necessitate after hours visit by property manager, $93 per hour will be charged for the property manager's time.
Guests who check in after 5:30 p.m. will be charged a $93 late check-in fee.
If owner approves early check in or late check out, guests will be charged $27 per hour.
Check in before or check out beyond six hours of regular time will be charged full days rent, plus tax and fees.

For month-long rentals, additional $580 utility fee will be charged.
For stays in March and Dec. 31, a 12-hour security guard is included.
Pets only with owner's written permission.
For certain bookings, at owner's discretion, guests may be charged for 12-hour security guard.
Guests must use air conditioning and electricity judiciously. If guests overuse air conditioning and electricity causing the AC to malfunction and/or a breaker to turn off, guests will be charged to fix AC.
Pool heating is not included in rental charge. If guests want pool heated, they must arrange prior to arrival and will be charged an additional $116 a day for 8 hours of heating.

Great Location!

First time in Cabo and the place was everything would could have asked for. The location is perfect for just about anything you want to do. The neighborhood is extremely safe and some great restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. The place itself is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The patio was our favorite with the view and the infinity pool. Would definitely come back and would recommend this place to just about anyone!

Spacious, peaceful, great location

Our first time in Cabo and we found a great place to relax in! Lots of space for two couples. The walk to the marina and mall were very easy and although we bought groceries at the mall and carried them back, there is a very nice, small grocery store just two blocks from the back gate that we used after our first stock up. We also walked around Pedregal one day…beautiful views! Beds were very comfortable. The pans in the kitchen reallly impressed us, too. Pool was very clean as was the entire house. Owner was very responsive when we had a question. We were disappointed that the fountains were not operational during our stay, thus the rating. All in all, a great property!

What an Amazing TIME!

Words just cant describe how awesome this place is. We Stayed for 6 days and didnt want to leave. The house had amazing views and is extremely close to all the action. The rooms were perfect and had absolutely no issues. We even had Deena, the property manager, bake us an amazing cake and setup decorations as a surprise for a 30th birthday. The pool was great for relaxing any time of day. We stayed during a very hot time and the A/C kept us very cool. Pedregal is considered the Beverly hills of Cabo and I would agree. I plan on staying here every time I come back. They even have an apple TV for the truly relaxing days! Denise and Deena, thank you for such an amazing Vacation!

LOVED IT!!

Four of us spent a week in fabulous Cabo celebrating an anniversary and birthday. We loved this (very clean) home and location. The layout was great for two couples, privacy whan you want it. The pool, deck and BBQ were fabulous. It was a very quiet (and hot) time in the area, which was perfect for us. The walk to restaurants, beach and shopping was easy and enjoyable. Using the back gate exit shortened the walk considerably. We asked Deena (property manager) to bake Gluten Free cupcakes, she experimented and did an amazing job.......they were great! We had a couple of small issues which Deena attended to immediately and rectified. Only good memories of our trip!

Excellent property with prime location!!

My husband and I have been to Cabo on numerous occasions staying at PB Sunset Beach and homes in Pedregal. For our family of 5 Casa Amistad was a perfect size with all of the amenities and features you could possibly need. The leisure pool and deck were great and the sliding glass doors that disappear making the living room and deck one large space was a nice touch. Having laundry available when traveling with kids is always a nice bonus as well. The location is awesome! Pedregal is large and getting to the homes up the hills can be confusing and make it difficult to get into town. Casa Amistad's location down at the base of Pedregal with its own access gate makes your walk less than 5 minutes into town. No need for calling a taxi or renting a car unless you plan to explore beyond the city. Denise was very easy to work with via email prior to arrival and once there Deena, the property manager is a delight to work with. Would highly recommend this property to anyone interested and would consider again on our next visit back.

We stayed for 10 days and had a blast. The house is in a perfect location with awesome views. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and was spotless when we arrived. We felt very safe with the gated Pedregal security. We would come back in a heartbeat.

FABULOUS vacation

I rented this place for my first vacation with my girlfriend in February 2014 and we enjoyed every minute of it. Denise was beyond accommodating and we would not hesitate to book with her again if we find ourselves in the area again. The pool was amazing and the view is hard to beat. Walking to town was a breeze and we loved exploring. Thank you again !

Awesome View and great Location!

We have been to Cabo many times so we knew the area in which we wanted to stay. This was a perfect location with lots of shopping, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. We love to walk everyday and the harbor, town, and beach were all close and easily assessable. It was a safe neighborhood with a grocery store down the street. The home amenities, large deck with furniture and infinity pool were just like being at home. We spent lots of town relaxing in the lounge chairs on the deck admiring the views. We were with another couple and the space was perfect. It was very clean and updated. There are 47 steps up to Casa Amistad so that is a consideration for some. Denise and Deena were great to work with and made sure our stay was perfect. We will be back.

A wonderful Cabo experience

WOW! What a magnificent place nestled into the hillside with gorgeous land and ocean views. The location is in the safe and upscale Pedregal area and a short 5 minute walk to downtown Cabo for restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. Floating in the infinity pool at sunset was one of my favorite daily activities. Everything in this very spacious unit was new, clean, and high end with great attention paid to detail for a wonderful and relaxing vacation experience.

We had a wonderful time here!!

From the moment we walked into this house to the moment we left we were absolutely spoiled here. The view is fabulous- especially sitting on the deck watching the ocean from the infinity pool or waking up for sunsets. It was an easy walk to town for shopping, eating, and entertainment. The house itself was gorgeous with a beautiful interior including a natural rock wall and waterfall. I would recommend this house for girl's getaway, family vacation, or just for a tourist couple looking for a great central spot for vacation!! Can't wait to go back!

We built this home from the ground up, putting the type of care into this house that an owner puts into the home where he lives. That is because we often like to come to Cabo San Lucas, as well. This house truly embodies the spirit of 'Mi Casa, Su Casa.' My house is your house.

What makes this property unique

This house is built right into the granite rock hillside and features natural rock walls in some of the bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the best spots for morning coffee is at the bar overlooking the infinity pool where you can take in spectacular sunrises over the Sea of Cortez. A spacious deck with built-in gas barbecue and outdoor dining table overlooks Cabo and the ocean beyond. You can watch the cruise ships arrive from the deck!
