THINGS TO NOTE:
*Please pay close attention to the sleeping arrangements as two bedrooms have sleeper sofas or can just be used as living room spaces.
*We are in nature. Expect spiders, webs, ants, bees, mosquitoes or other usual lake house critters. You'll see lots of chipmunks, squirrels and bunnies around and wake up to the birds chirping, too!
*We aim to make the property more affordable for single families which is reflected in the base price. Extra guest fees may apply.
*The beach is accessed by a large set of outdoor stairs- about 35. See photos for reference.
*There are security cameras on the parking lot, beach and piers for safety and rental boat purposes. No cameras are on/in any of the rental units or outdoor yard spaces.
*The pier is made up of floating docks and can be wobbly when the lake is busy. The lake is very busy on the weekends and more calm on weekdays.
*This is a pet friendly unit with a fully fenced yard. Pet fee is $50/per pet. Maximum of two pets.

We loved staying here! I wish we could have stayed longer than a weekend. We had two (small) issues. The pull out bed in one of the bedrooms was kind of falling apart (sunken in
We loved our time at the Bluff House! My husband and our teenagers and their friends had a wonderful weekend here. Adding the boat on was perfect for us. The house was amazing for our group and the deck area overlooking the lake in our backyard area was my husband’s and my favorite thing. Highly recommend!
Went with my family of six and my sister in law family of four. There were 7 kids from 8 to 18 and there was plenty to do for everyone from the kayaks and canoe to the hot tub and the younger kids even swam in mid October the fire pits were a big hit also. The house and views were perfect. It was a very relaxing weekend needed by all. Thanks

Bluff House
Our family stayed at the Bluff House with two babies. The stairs going upstairs were very narrow and the ceiling was very low. The floors were not good for babies to crawl on.
The rooms with the couches were not very nice and had a hole in the wall. The sunroom and the kitchen were decent.
Sandy feet. Boating. Bonfires. Fishing. Lazy summer days. Picnics. Simple and charming cottages. A return to the old school family vacation. A perfect retreat to escape the daily grind and a place to unwind with family or friends. This is our vision for The Cottages on Petite Lake.
On any given day, you’ll find David, his daughter Jessica or staff around the property restoring this quirky, charming cottage resort. Most were built in the early 1900s. Ten have been fixed up including the houseboat, a tiny house, the big lodge, and a yacht.
A labor of love, The Cottages on Petite Lake is the Chiesa family’s passion to serve the community by providing a retreat from the busy world we live in so guests can connect with themselves and each other while enjoying the outdoors.
Located on Petite Lake, this adorable house is on the Cottages on Petite Lake property with access to boats, swimming, fishing, and beautiful morning sunrises.
Each cottage has a private fire pit, propane grill (we provide the gas!), and outdoor sitting and dining space. We have firewood available for delivery (cash, Zelle or Venmo accepted) or you can bring your own!
We have kayaks, paddle boards, a floating picnic table, floats and beach toys available (free - first come first serve). There is also a picnic area and fun community feel! The beach is private to the cottages on the property.
We have a beautiful pontoon boat available for rent separately.
