Alerio C203 (Second Floor) has multiple beds, bunks, and a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate up to eight beachgoers, with a balcony to enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning. The open living area has multiple windows to let in the sunny day and brighten the space, along with beautifully toned hardwood flooring throughout. In the open living area, a blue sofa and two accent chairs playfully match an ocean blue theme, along with a stately entertainment center with a flat screen TV. A custom hardwood dining table with seating for eight is here surrounded by beach eccentric coastal décor. To prepare your meals, you have a well-appointed custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops that accentuate the custom cabinetry.

The master bedroom has a charming coastal look with a king-sized bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom with dual vanity granite countertops, a tiled walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub. A charming guest bedroom with two twin bedrooms playfully matches the sofa in the living area and has bright windows to enhance the space. The other guest bedroom houses bright white furnishings and a bunk with a full and twin sized bed. They both share a full hall bath that’s close by.
