About this space
This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips..

Located within walking distance from the beautiful chain of lakes nestled in the heart of Uptown, our home is a 5 bed 3 bath oasis for your short or long stay.

Find everything you need to whip up your favorite meals in our fully stocked kitchen or check out our local favorite restaurants and cafes only steps from the front door.

No car is necessary while staying here as many stores, activities and walking trails are close by.
The space
Spread out across two floors we have 5 private bedrooms, one on the main floor and 4 on the lower level. The home comfortably sleeps 10-12 adults with Queen mattresses in each room and an extra air mattress available on site. If you are traveling with infants please let us know and we would be more than happy to provide a pack and play.

There are 3 full bathrooms, each with their own bath tub and shower. Toiletries ( Shampoo, Conditioner + Body Wash ) and towels are always provided. One bathroom is on the main level and two are on the lower level.

The fully equipped kitchen is a spacious gathering area to cook meals with family and friends. Coffee and Tea are always available for our guests :)

Our cozy living room is a great spot to spend time with friends, play games or watch TV. We have a 65" flat screen smart TV with all your favorite streaming services so you won't miss a beat when you're away from home.

Step outside to our porch area where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or relax after a long day of travel.

Our home sits a half block from the gorgeous chain of lakes where you can easily access the many walking trails, bike paths, beaches, parks and restaurants all year long.

Great find! Generously provisioned, tastefully decorated like-new garden apartment just steps from Bde Maka Ska lake and the Uptown neighborhood boutiques, cafes, bars, clubs, and grocery. The apartment was perfect for our 3 generations stay and exploring Minneapolis. Timely communication from the host. Would stay here again if we have the chance.

Roomy and comfortable!

We stayed here for an extended weekend for our son’s wedding in Minneapolis. There was plenty of room for all of us and we particularly liked that there are three bathrooms!The space is well stocked with essentials and is very clean. It was a central location for us to commute to our events.. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed for my bachelorette party and it was perfect! It was clean, spacious, the location was great, and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable! It was perfect and would definitely stay again if I need a place in Minneapolis.

Good Rental

This is a great place to stay; it is very spacious for groups, has comfortable beds, and is in a great location. However, you can tell this is a rental property with a possible lack of care, with the banged-up walls and baseboards, lack of kitchen supplies, and towels that shed. Overall, it is a great place to stay, and I would stay there again if needed.

Quiet and clean

The house was clean and perfect size for us and 4 kids. Amenities provided were nice. Neighborhood was quiet for the location (lots of shops etc). Only downside was not being able to park on the parking pad. Most nights had to park 4 blocks away and there is tons of construction (obviously not the owners fault). Would definitely stay again!

Fine stay

Comfortable stay for a group of 6 of us. This isn't so much a 'house' as it's a 5 bedroom apartment in a shared building with likely similar setups. You will have people above you, and when they flush the toilet at 2 AM you will hear that loud and clear. Overall it was a comfortable stay and the price was great, just wish I understood coming into this that this was a shared building. Maybe VRBO doesn't have a good option for the people posting. Host was communicative and friendly.

This place was fine but it's classified as a house and it is not; it's an apartment. When we first arrived, there was a dog barking incessantly that shared a wall with ours. It wasn't all the time making me think when the owner returned home, the barking stopped. We were told of the acceptable parking and we left our car for half an hour after unpacking and got a ticket. So read the parking signs! Our fault but if you are looking for onsite/driveway parking, there isn't any. There is one bedroom on the 1st floor and the way it faces makes it noisy at night, particularly if there are police cars which travelled down the main street a 1/2 block away. Not the owners fault, just a fact of the location. We walked to the coffee shop and grocery store which was really nice and walked around Lake of the Isles which is RIGHT there!

Locked out with no way in.

The house itself was satisfactory, except for a few unattended issues (light out in bathroom, broken towel rack, sink drain clogged), but communication with host was abysmal. As the main renter, I did not receive code to enter house, and back-up lock box DOES NOT WORK. Then, host did not respond for 1 hour! Then, code on door didn’t work late on final night, again host did not respond. Make your communication immediate and smooth for house entry and we would adjust our rating.
