OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Guests are welcome to park up to 4 vehicles and a trailer on our driveway
• Our unit is a single-level home without stairs. Accessible features include a home-wide doorway, a flat pathway to the front door and an entrance ramp
• The gravel road will lead you on a scenic yet vigorous 3-5 minute hike down the pond and toward Camp Creek
• You’ll find extra firewood for the firepit and charcoal grill in the shed at the end of the driveway
• The closet in the main bedroom is stocked with sheets, blankets as well as pillows for the futon and pull-out couch
• This unit does not include a dishwasher
• Black bear sightings are common in this area. However, keep a safe distance, lock your car doors, avoid feeding them and don’t leave trash, food or toiletries outside

Guests may encounter animals and insects such as bees, bears, snakes, and bugs at any time. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept that staying in nature includes such encounters and assume full responsibility for your safety.
