Our tastefully furnished and well appointed 4 BEDROOM/3 BATHROOM vacation home in the beautiful Orange Tree development is the perfect setting for your dream vacation.

The Southwest facing pool and spa has the benefit of sunshine from morning until evening and the extended pool deck gives you plenty of space to stretch out on. The shaded lanai overlooking the pool provides an ideal area for relaxing with a cool drink while watching the occasional Sand Hill Crane wander past in the lawned grounds.

ENTRANCE
A large open plan entrance with carpeted floor and high vaulted ceiling immediately creates the feeling of space that is the essence of the home.

DINING ROOM
Featuring a mahogany dining suite with full table settings.

LOUNGE
This elegantly furnished area has 2 settees, one of which converts into a QUEEN SIZE bed, 1 easy chair and side tables.

KITCHEN
The fully fitted kitchen features a 26 CU. FT FRIDGE/FREEZER with ice maker, and should you wish to cook a 6 BURNER HOB, OVEN and MICROWAVE, and to make the washing up less of a chore a DISHWASHER. Together with ample worktops, cupboards and features a BREAKFAST BAR overlooking the breakfast nook (with its own table and chairs) and the family room. The kitchen is fully equipped with various cooking utensils, and plenty of plates, cutlery and glassware.

FAMILY ROOM
At the centre of the home is the FAMILY ROOM, with 2 comfy settees, an easy chair and side tables. A large TV with cable and Blu-ray player along with a CD music system gives plenty of entertainment choices.
French doors from the family room and breakfast nook open directly onto the pool deck.
High vaulted ceiling again gives an open, light and airy feel.

MASTER BEDROOM
Features QUEEN SIZE BED with side tables, drawers and dressing mirror along with a LARGE WALK-IN WARDROBE give plenty of space for your clothes and accessories. Also a TV with cable access and DVD player lets you watch television while relaxing in bed.
French doors open out onto the pool deck.
The EN-SUITE BATHROOM with LARGE SHOWER CUBICLE, BATH and TWIN BASINS, also has a separate WC.

BEDROOM 2
A DOUBLE BED, bedside table, drawers and DOUBLE BUILT IN WARDROBES again give plenty of space for clothes. The room also features EN-SUITE FACILITIES with WC, BASIN and LARGE SHOWER.
These facilities can also serve the pool area with access directly off the pool deck.

BEDROOMS 3 & 4
Each room has TWIN SINGLE BEDS, bedside cabinets, drawers and built in wardrobes.
A THIRD BATHROOM is positioned between the bedrooms, having a BATH, SHOWER, WC and basin.

Quality cotton bed linen and towels are provided for each bedroom.
The whole home has the benefit of AIR CONDITIONING.

Pool & Spa can be heated as an optional extra of $40 per day. Request at time of booking.

Facilities on the Orange Tree estate include SOCCER PITCH, BASKETBALL COURT, TENNIS COURTS and a CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA with SLIDES AND SWINGS.

The Orange Tree development is a very attractive estate with Orange Trees lining the roads and Cranes strolling around the area.

With DISNEY WORLD only a short distance away our vacation home is the perfect base for a wonderful holiday filled with many magical memories.
