The open plan layout of this villa has been planned to give everybody the chance to find their own space and relax away from the hustle and bustle of their normal everyday lives. The entrance lounge is the first room to greet you and has comfy seating and a window looking out over the pool deck.
The Main bedroom is set apart from other bedrooms and has a King-size bed, door to the pool deck and a large en-suite bathroom.
The main lounge is at the back of the villa and has more comfy seating, a large flatscreen TV and patio doors leading to the pool area. The centrally placed kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and equipment you are likely to need if you decide to cook a meal for everybody, and the breakfast bar here is a great place for snacks and drinks throughout the daytime.
A small dining table close to more doors leading to the pool area is the ideal spot for tea and toast in the morning, with a larger dining table at the front of the villa being a perfect setting for evening meals or fun times together playing board games.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are in the center of the home and share a full bathroom and bedroom 4 is towards the back of the home with a full bathroom which has access to the pool and lanai.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and looked exactly like the pictures posted. They were good at responding to questions and were very understanding. From a smoke detector beeping and needing a new battery to a loose toilet seat, they were there quickly to fix the problem.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The pool and spa was definitely a highlight! Everything was very well kept and was very well supplied with basic things you would need to enjoy your vacation. Super kid friendly with games, pool toys and beach towels!

Came to Florida for a college softball tournament dragging younger sibling along. Pool was perfect persuasion and lived up to all expectations. House was spotless upon arrival and was adequately equipped with all the necessities. Outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing. Overall great stay!

First time in Florida for family Kids enjoy Coca Beach and Disney was disappointed could not swim in pool water was very cold they were visiting from Denver Colorado. Called and had property manager turn up heat but never worked.

House is large and very clean

The house was spotless when we checked in. It is much larger than it looks and set up perfectly for our needs. The bedrooms are spacious, the pool area is large and beautiful…we really enjoyed our time here.
