Villa Alexander is a beautifully renovated and stylishly furnished stone villa in the sought-after Kisla area of Kalkan, known for its sweeping bay views and unforgettable sunsets. Just a short walk from the exclusive Mahal Beach Club, the villa has been carefully designed to make the most of the sea views from every level. With marble floors, contemporary interiors and luxurious finishes throughout, it offers an exceptional holiday experience for families and groups.

Entrance & Layout

Guests arrive via two flights of steps that lead past the newly added media and games room, located on its own level below the main house. This versatile space includes a pool table, table football, Smart TV, X-Box, sofa and fridge—ideal for teenagers and cosy evenings in.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a beautifully handcrafted kitchen with granite-topped island and high-quality stainless steel appliances, including an electric oven, gas hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, blender and a water cooler.
The open-plan living and dining area is bright and spacious, offering comfortable seating, a working fireplace, TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. A selection of books, DVDs and board games is provided for guests to enjoy. A guest cloakroom is also located on this level.

First Floor

The first floor houses three en-suite bedrooms, all with balconies and beautiful sea views.

• Paris Room – A spacious double room with king-size bed, seating area, walk-in shower and private balcony.
• Sepia Room – Another generous double room featuring a king-size bed, seating area, walk-in shower and private balcony.
• Twin Room – Located between the Paris and Sepia rooms, this twin room has an en-suite shower room and its own sea-view balcony.

Top Floor – Master Suite

The top floor is dedicated entirely to Villa Alexander’s impressive master suite. This expansive space features a super-king bed, large sofa bed, twin basins, tea and coffee facilities, fridge and a magnificent open-plan marble bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower. The private balcony provides some of the very best sea views in the property.

Outdoor Spaces

The villa’s private pool (8m x 4.5m) is surrounded by sunbathing terraces, providing plenty of space to enjoy the sun and stunning views. Pool towels are supplied, and the pool is for the exclusive use of Villa Alexander guests.

Additional Information

The villa is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi throughout. A washing machine is provided. Weekly cleaning and linen changes are included for guests staying two weeks; for one-week bookings, a mid-stay service is not included.
Kalkan’s Old Town is approximately a 15–20 minute walk or a short 3-minute taxi ride. Guests can also take the water taxi from Mahal Beach Club directly to the harbour.
The ninth and tenth guests, if applicable, are accommodated on the large sofa bed in the living area.
