We had a fabulous girls trip to Williams! The home is in a great location and we could walk to SO many things. Home was clean and had everything we needed to stay stress free! Highly recommend
The house was great room for everyone. The backyard was great for the kids and dogs.Close to shopping and entertainment.I would recommend this house to families of different ages.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is right next to the train station and a short walk to historic downtown Williams. And it is just a short drive to Bearizona. The games and back yard were great for our 3 year old and the adults had a great time as well. We really appreciated the pack and play and high chair so we didn't have to bring them with us.
We loved our stay. Such an inviting home and walking distance or very short drive to all of the activities we did including polar express, coaster, and wine tasting.
We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for all of us. The gracious host had a great set up for our dog. Unfortunately she didn't make the trip, but next time I reserve a home this will be the standard. Thanks for the selection of coffee & tea.

We had an excellent stay at the property. The location is fantastic, short walk to the train station and brewery. Super confortable, great for families. Hair bands on the bathrooms😍😍😍😍
You will not be disappointed! This stay was incredible! Lots of amazing little touches throughout and I loved all the Christmas decor. Perfect location and no complaints. We hope to book here again.
We stayed two nights at this property as a base for a visit to the Grand Canyon. First and most importantly when we got in the house was spotless everywhere. From there we could walk to any of the restaurants and shops in town. There is a grocery store right near the house as well. Very convenient. Comfortable beds and good TVs. Our tour person picked us up easily for our GC tour. Definitely would stay her again. Kids and husband loved it too!
Had a 3 night stay and couldn't be more pleased. Easy checkin and checkout process. The house has a great floorplan with ample beds, bathrooms, and quaintly decorated. This property is in walking distance to everything! We will stay at the property again!
The property was very comfortable and nicely appointed with a lot of special touches. The property was as shown on photos and more. It was very comfortable and spacious for our party of six adults with each couple having their private bedroom and bathroom along with plenty of living/fun space to gather together.
We just left an amazing 4 days and 3 nights at this beautiful property in Williams! We are a family of 6 adults and 5 boys ages 5 and under. The home accommodated all of us with room to spare! It’s a beautiful well kept home. With amazing beds, pillows , kitchen, and all the comforts of home . We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family getaway! Every detail in the decor was perfect! Check in and check out was seamless, and the owner was so helpful with ideas for fun along with plenty of restaurant suggestions! We enjoyed Bearizona, the Deer Farm, The Train Depot gun show , Cataract Lake, and so much more! It was a little boys dream vacay , and the adults had a blast too! We walked nearly everywhere as all is so close by. It was the perfect family getaway! We will be back! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home, our family had a great time!
Very happy with this place! We had a little blip with the A/C not working correctly the day we arrived and when we reached out they responded super fast and had the issue handled the same day! Could not have been happier!!!
Great house and fantastic location for the Polar Express. Upon arriving, our code did not work to open the door and the host got right back to us. Also, there was a very short and reasonable list of things to do when leaving. We appreciated that! We were thrilled. Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property
This property is very special to us. We began visiting Williams in 2014 during our trip for the Polar Express. Since then, we've come back every where to discover more of what the small town charm of Williams has to offer. We've kayaked, fished, hiked, played in the snow and eaten at just about every downtown spot. Not to mention visiting the local attractions like the roller coaster, tubing, Polar Express train, Bearizona, and, a personal family favorite, The Deer Farm. We wanted to create a space where others can come to make family memories of their own. We found this property and it needed a fair amount of love. We will continue to improve it but while she's making her transition, we hope to host your family and welcome you to be a part of her revival. Book with us to discover your memories.
What makes this property unique
This property has mountain views right from your front yard. You'll also be close enough to walk to downtown, the train, or just across the street to the Grand Canyon Brewing.
