We are located right off West End, a highly sought out quiet neighborhood, close to all highways, downtown + lots of places to eat + explore. Check out the parthenon! 6 minutes to downtown! 4 minutes to midtown!
This is a very peaceful and quiet residential area

Come unwind + get funky at our newly renovated pad.
Enjoy the comfort of your own ensuite bath off the queen bedrooms.

Poster's hung up middle school style, bright colors, Saved by the Bell design mixed with a selfie wall throwing it back to large cell phones + Slater's Slating:)

Great location, quiet community, and very friendly host. The only suggestion is if you could add some bowls in the kitchen it will be easier for us to have noodles or soups.Thanks for everything again. Kids love Nashville.

Clean and comfortable accomodation

We were just looking for a place to stay for one evening before we left for the Great Smokey Mountains. While we weren't interested in the themed nature of the place we were happy with the accommodation. The place was clean, check in was easy and the location was convenient. They provided everything we needed included ground coffee.

Overall it was a good experience. There were some maintenance issues that need to be resolved. The front door lower hinge was not screwed to the jamb and the door was loose and didn't close well. It did lock fine. Upstairs the flooring is coming apart at the seams. The upstairs windows were not locked. There was towels in the wash. There were areas on the walls that need cleaned in the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and well made. Overall the place was clean and the fridge was new and clean. The 90s theme was fun and gave the place some character.

It was a great property in what seems to be a safe area. The only negative was the price that was listed as “All fees included” nearly doubled by the time all of the fees were actually included. If staying multiple days, it would not have been so surprising. Other than that, it was as advertised and a very nice place to stay.
