Absolutely amazing views. Can’t find a place with closer proximity to Mullet Bay Beach. Lots of food & market options within walking distance. Pool was great. Host was very responsive.

The best location! Beautiful ocean and cliff views and walking distance to mullet and part of cupecoy beaches ! The 3 balconies have amazing views! The pool is also beautiful and big to dipIn after coming fromThe beach.

Perfect beach location

Highly recommend this perfect two story condo located in Cupecoy. The property is perfectly positioned to overlook the ocean as well as the pool. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had, and the property was kept in very good condition. Would definitely come back and rent here again without question.

Be Wary

Imagine traveling 6 hours only to find out you have no place to stay. The host double booked the space we paid for in full because they are using multiple booking sites and not cross referencing. If all members of our party had been able to make the trip, we would not have been properly accommodated. The security and manager on site were able to find a resolve. But they too we extremely surprised by the oversight. The space we were put in had sand pretty much every where and smelled of wet mold upon arrival.

Once aware of the double booking (within 15 minutes of the quest’s arrival) we contacted a neighbor so we could use a unit in the same building with an ocean view. Overall, the guest was refunded more than 50% for the inconvenience. We were not notified of any issues with sand or smell until after the guests checked out so thought all was good with the new unit. We understand how frustrating this was for the guest and have taken several steps to prevent this in the future.
