From the beginning, Diane booked her reservation for only 2 adults. She asked to have the property address right after her booking and we provided that. Then she asked to check-in early and we allowed that. On the day of her arrival, she checked-in early and there were already 4 adults. That night we saw a van full of kids and young adults arrive. In total they had around 20 people at the house at one point. I called her verified number and it was actually her husbands phone, which he wasn’t even at the property. While on the phone, Diane’s husband even questioned our nationality because of an accent, but we didn’t give that much attention in order to get resolved. We asked them to keep a maximum of 12 guests at the house which is our listed guest limit. Now her husband said he would have all females leave the property, but he would still have 14 males to stay. We simply told him about the extra charge for those 2 guests and allowed them to stay. So communication really was inefficient on Diane’s part for not requesting or communicating to us that there would be more guests than expected and also listed a different number of guests at the day of her booking.
