"Sea Gypsy" Waterfront newly renovated, beautiful views, dock, beach!

The Sea Gypsy is located on the second Dennis water lagoon off Bass River. The dock has deep water access with 5 minute boat ride to the mouth of Bass River. Bring your kayaks, jet skis or boat and enjoy Nantucket Sound or a casual evening ride down Bass River to the Summer Shanty for steamers and live music! Cook on the Weber grill and dine on the 2 new patios watching our stunning sunsets. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck with beautiful views across the water to the white sandy Dennis beaches with the best kite surfing on Cape Cod! Little ones will enjoy the warm water and small waves. Beach chairs and pull wagon provided for an easy stroll to the beach which has a snack shack for lunch and bathrooms.

** Linens are 'not' included in the rental fee but starting this 2023 season, with 7+ night reservations, we will be providing bed and bath linen service. Once you book, we will follow up with the arrangements.

The home is located on a tranquil corner grassy lot with plenty of room for lawn games. Bedrooms and kitchen are newly renovated, with a large eat in kitchen, all new stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and seating for 10, including a big 'lobsta' pot! All new beds, mattresses, flooring and carpets. New central air conditioning, high speed internet, cable channels and HDTV. The outside shower is large with a dressing area, mirror, plenty of hooks for wet bikini bottoms.

By boat, you are 13 miles to the tip of Chatham for Striped Bass fishing in the rips or an hour ride to Edgartown Harbor, MV for the day of shopping or Baxter's in Hyannis Harbor for fish & chips. Next town over in Hyannis there are ferries to the islands as well.

Master bedroom: Located down the end of the hall with its own 3/4 bath, wall mounted LCD TV and a bed hand made for a Captain. Open the windows and siding glass door for cool cross winds. Queen size mattress and large closet.

Bedroom 2: Bunk room with two large built in twin bunk beds and another bunk bed with full mattress on bottom and twin on top.

Bedroom 3: Lawn view facing south with lots of light, queen bed, vanity and large closet.

Bonus Room (Bedroom 4): Has a beautiful view of the water and back yard with a sliding glass door and many windows. Queen bed and over sized day bed.

This home is perfect for a large family or 2 small ones with children. No parties, quiet neighborhood.
