Enjoy this updated 3-bed, 2-bath Cape Cod home perfect for a peaceful weekend escape. Accommodating up to 6 guests, it offers soaring ceilings and two patios. We have 2 BDRMs upstairs with 1 w/ a king bed and the other with twin beds. A queen bedroom downstairs, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The fenced backyard has a swing set, tire swing in front. Your stylish Upstate retreat awaits! Please note there is a train close by for light sleepers, no emotional support pets are permitted, condiments provided.

Garbage can no longer be left in the shed. There is a pesky bear in town! So please place your kitchen garbage bags into a secure contractor bag in the laundry room.
For any beds that were slept in, please pull back the covers.
Kindly turn off all lights and lock the door
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the commode. The plumbing is not very strong. Baby wipes prohibited.
No emotional support pets are permitted as we have allergies
Please park in the driveway, not the street. The road is small. If you need additional parking, you can park further down the street on the empty lot.
