This vacation property of over 5,000 sq. ft on 6 acres of land is ideal for large family gatherings and multiple groups. This spacious and comfortable home, is equipped with a pool table, and large common areas perfect for entertaining STA License # ST-2020-0040

A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
