This special place is newly renovated, close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This comfy guest studio has a small front yard, a wall-mounted TV, fridge, microwave, and utensils. Washer & dryer in the back yard. Easy access to bus-stop and Park Place Mall, Barnes & Noble, Saguaro National East, UA, Downtown, Sprouts grocery, Planet Fitness, & diverse cuisine at restaurants such as Guadalajara Mexican Grill, Opa's Best Greek, Alafia West African, Kiwami Ramen.
Enjoy the entire guest studio and its gated front yard. Main house might be occupied during your stay. Back yard and washer/dryer are shared.
