The casita has everything you need for a long or short stay. Sleeps 2, 3 if we provide a cot. Let us know in advance if that would be needed!!

Gather up all trash, empty fridge and take two garbage
Sign guest book
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Strip All dirty linens and towels ( not comforters ) and put in the bathroom
Sign guest book, take out trash, wash your Dishes a pick up any animals droppings :) and of course, return keys to lockbox. Leave a when you can

What a great place. Safe quiet neighborhood, easy off street parking, comfortable small casita. Well equipped kitchen. Best thing was a nicely shaded back yard, where I spent most of my waking hours. Would come again.

Very comfortable and well equipped. I came to Tucson for Gravel Bike riding. This property was centrally located to many state and national parks. Never drove more than an hour to a trail head. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

We had a mixed experience. The listing is not accurate at the time that I booked. It did not sleep 4 as listed. That being said, the host was very responsive and did attempt to relocate us. When that did not work he personally brought us a roll away bed to help the situation. What we like: location is nice and quiet and convenient. Super cute patio with secure fencing for pets. Very clean. Host did try to accommodate us and was responsive. I just hope they adjust the listing soon. Thanks for the cute spot.

Very nice place for a couple to stay. It’s a small area but very well equipped. Nice kitchen appliances for cooking meals that is an open floor plan to the family room which has a big tv. Only reason why I gave a 4 for family is due to the size but if you had a child with a pac n play it would work too. Owner responded immediately to a question I had after check in. Would definitely recommend.

Great little place. Had everything we needed. Well stocked with coffee, pans, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Even has a bbq grill and patio furniture in a fenced yard. Very clean and just an all around great place.
