Newly renovated, open concept 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom with central air conditioning. Relax in this home while taking in the majestic views of the lake and mountains. Experience the feeling of being on the lake throughout your entire vacation. Spacious patio, and full outdoor fireplace all at the water's edge. 50' Of semi-private / shared, sandy beach and one side of the dock that will accommodate one boat for up to 23' boat Please note that the owner's boat will be docked on the opposite side of the dock and is not for guest use. This home is located within a 5-walking distance of the Weirs Beach boardwalk, shopping, eating, drinking and boating.

Primary Bedroom- one Queen-sized bed & a twin daybed with trundle bed, with sprawling views of the lake.

Second Bedroom-Queen-sized bed.

Third Bedroom-Full-sized bed

No parties or large gatherings permitted. No more than 8 guests & 3 vehicles max. NO SMOKING in the home, on the patio or the dock at any time. Please review all checkout instructions with special attention to the outline for garbage pickup. This information will be left on the kitchen counter and in the guest information binder.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Lake Winni Retreat in Wiers Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great week with our grown kids and spouses at a gorgeous waterfront home in Wiers Beach. The neighborhood was quiet despite the hustling action at boardwalk, Mt Washington cruises & train stop. Walking distance to many venues and super close to boat rental for our pontoon. Highlights: Tiered deck and attached dock with lakefront views and entertainment. Spacious kitchen and living area - fully stocked. Excellent wifi and water pressure in showers. Superb laundry room. Disappointments: locked room on second floor appears to be a lake view bedroom. Not sure why this isn’t included in rental for $$. Smallest bedroom bed uncomfortable. TV remote was hidden behind picture on mantle?, Condo residents took over property beach, Multiple copies of Trash/recycle instructions confusing - collection DAY not apparent, Single roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms necessitated immediate trip to store.

Week in Winni

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying on Winni for a couple years now, and like to try out different areas each year. We do prefer quieter locations, but were limited on houses due to vacationing with another family. We did know where the house was located before renting, but again wasn't our cup of tea. Not much privacy when kids were on the beach and we were on the deck due to the inn up the street using the beach area right next to us. With that said we did enjoy being able to walk to the arcades, train and restaurants. Gail was so responsive and helpful, it made the stay that much better for us.
