The property is exactly as it is shown on the website and the lake view and location are spectacular. The host responded to any messages promptly and kindly.We had to provide our own sheets, blankets, towels & pillows, & toiletries and since we were traveling across the country this wasn’t easy and not what we are accustomed to, however that was listed on the website. Overall we had the best time and loved our stay! Thank you!

Fantastic property in a beautiful location. Walking distance to Weirs Beach and all of its attractions. The pool and beach at the club were so fun and convenient. The home was perfect for a family. We have many priceless memories of our family vacation at your property. We loved every minute and will book again.

Great family vacation home on the Lake. Beach access, and pool are fantastic. Used the dock for a 1 day pontoon boat rental. Grill worked well. Kurt was very quick to reply when we had questions. Will come back again

This property was perfect for our needs. Great lake views, walk to downtown, Akwa marina was fabulous...pool, hot tub, restaurant all great. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, plenty of parking. Thanks again for a great vacation!

Amazing Location and Views

The family loved this property. Location was amazing with just a short walk to Weirs Beach shopping and dinning along with the Marina and all of the amenities. Host was very responsive. I would recommend for any families looking for a place to stay.

The property was beautful. Everything you would need for your trip. The view of the lake was spectacular. We went down to the beach , used the paddle boards, and the hot tub. Its definitely a 5 star rental. The hosts answered any questions I had when we were There.

Only a weekend stay but we enjoyed the pool, restaurant and bar. Walking distance to Weirs. House had plenty of space for our family of 8 adults and the projection tv was an added bonus for the Celtics playoff game!

The property was amazing. So close to walk to Weirs beach area. The pool and hot tub were clean. The beach area was relaxing. The on-site restaurant was really good. The wait staff was super friendly and made excellent drinks. We have booked again for next year.

The location by the marina was very good. It was nice having access to the pool and beach. The views from the house and back porch were beautiful. Be aware that you have to provide your own bed sheets, blankets and pillows. We were driving, so we could haul it for all of our family. I’m not sure what we would have done if we were flying in.

Awesome Setup for the Family

My wife and I rented this place for a week in July with our 4 and 6 year olds and it did not disappoint. We had plenty of room even when we had the grand parents up for a couple of nights. The location is ideal with beach access, the pool/hot tub, and the surprisingly good bar/restaurant all within a few steps. Not to mention all of the other great Winnipesaukee activities within a very short drive. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are traveling with little ones.

Excellent stay!

We just got home from a wonderful stay at Akwa Marina. The townhouse was very clean and well equipped with beautiful views of the lake and a short walk to the yacht club. We took advantage of the pool, hot tub, guest dock, restaurant and bar. It was a fun, family friendly atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Also, our kids were able to walk to Weirs beach to play at the arcades and explore the shops. We will be back.
