The acre lot accommodates spacious outdoor living and lawns for children to play safely. The brick patio is perfect for dining and barbecuing, it is accessed from french doors off the living room.
The comfortable interior spaces are open plan with a contemporary feel. The hardwood floors throughout the home compliment the clean design. The living room is for relaxing and entertainment. The new kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite counters and an island for casual dining. This flows to the dining room which seats 8 at a square table that promotes conversation.
There is also a half bathroom on this floor and a good size closet.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This includes a master suite where you can watch the sunset over the moors and ocean from the upper deck of your Nantucket vacation rental. Further bedrooms include a queen bedroom and a wonderful children's bedroom, which sleeps 4 people, where everybody wants the top bunk!
On the third floor, accessed by a solid teak stair (which was built by a ship builder) is the 15ft by 25 ft loft. This can be used as a TV room, sitting room or bedroom as it has two full size futon sofa beds. The house also has an outdoors shower, which is great when you return from the beach. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, various coolers, boogie boards and beach toys provided. We have made every effort to equip the home so you will have a comfortable and enjoyable time on your vacation in Nantucket.
