Charming Home in a Safe and Quiet Neighborhood Convenient to Town
Fully furnished home just outside Cookeville city limits in a safe and established neighborhood. Local amenities within a 5 to 10 minute drive with lakefront hiking, fishing, kayaking, and a trail that leads to a waterfall only a short walk away. Basement include pool table, gas fireplace, 50ā TV (bring your firestick), bar with seating . popcorn maker, and a massage chair. Kitchen is well stocked with ample small appliances and there are many options for food delivery and transportation available. This is a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a great place to ride a bike or go for a walk. It is very peaceful to sit outside, listen to the birds, and watch the deer who visit nightly. Note: For guests safety, there is a flood light camera at the garage entrance.

I was born in Pennsylvania but have lived most of my life in Tennessee. I have one adult daughter.
After spending the last 2 1/2 years working as a travel therapist in Hawaii, Iām leaving my 25-year career in healthcare and going back to school full-time to begin a new career in construction! I love volunteering with Habitat For Humanity and at a local therapeutic riding stable.
I am fun, easy-going, and love meeting new people. My favorite things to do are listening to music, hiking, biking, and anything outdoors. Oh, and I love watching anything on HGTV!
