Summary:

Phoenix I is a gulf-front complex that was designed with fun for the whole family in mind. There's an outdoor pool on the edge of the beach, a children's pool, a hot tub, lighted tennis courts, an exercise room, a racquetball court, a barbecue area, and a game room for you to enjoy on-site. This building also has a SPLASH PAD for the kiddos! Unit 1112 has a king in the master, queen in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper-sofa in the living area.



The Space:

Spend your days swimming and sunbathing and your evenings sitting outside on the private balcony, soaking in the view of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a full kitchen with every essential appliance, an adjacent dining area, and an inviting living room with a sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV. Additional features include flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms as well as free Wi-Fi and central air conditioning throughout the condo.



Phoenix I is a gulf-front complex that was designed with fun for the whole family in mind. There's an outdoor pool on the edge of the beach, a children's pool, a hot tub, lighted tennis courts, an exercise room, a racquetball court, a barbecue area, and a game room for you to enjoy on-site. This building also has a SPLASH PAD for the kiddos!! In this part of Orange Beach, you'll be just down the road from Adventure Island, one mile from the entrance to Gulf State Park, and five miles east of the bustling heart of Gulf Shores.



This Phoenix building has many amenities as well as shared amenities with the neighboring Phoenix buildings including lighted tennis courts, adult and kiddy pools, indoor racquetball courts, exercise rooms, BBQ pits, game rooms, solar heated outdoor pool, beach volleyball, gazebos and much more.



Other Things to Note:

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. **THIS IS A NON-SMOKING COMPLEX including pool decks, balconies and other common areas**



PARKING: Parking is paid separate from reservation. You will purchase a parking pass from the desk upon arrival ($60/each, 2 vehicle max). If you have a 3rd vehicle, it can park at our office which is about 2 miles from the complex for $60 per stay.



AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

We stayed at your property for a spring break trip with our baseball team. Beautiful condo with everything we needed. Loved there was a washer and dryer and the condo was very clean with very comfortable beds. The view of the ocean was an added bonus! Definitely would book with them again.

Great condo!

We loved staying at this condo. It was exactly as listed. The view was amazing. The condo was very clean and relaxing. The splash pad and access to the additional pools and water features was perfect for our two year old as the beach was a little much to be on all day for him. There was even a log of past vacationers we were able to fill out and leave a memory. Highly recommended!

The best view!!

Very much enjoyed our stay at this location. Upon arrival, we were able to access the room quickly and begin relaxing. The view from the living room and master bedroom is what it's all about! We found everything we needed in more in the unit, and had access to amenities and activities at all times The Phoenix I building itself was having elevator trouble, as they replaced both, which made it a little tough to get around. This should be resolved soon, and is no fault of the unit itself. The hosts were very responsive; even when I sent a request late at night, they were ready to respond very early the next morning. I would gladly stay here again. Thank you for a lovely family fall break

Memorial Day weekend

Good place to stay but we have stayed at nicer condos. Condo was fine for weekend but we prefer more open floor plan and the kitchen was so closed off. Also didn’t like carpet in the bedrooms- felt dingey. Also did not have any sheets or pillowcases for pull out sofa- was frustrating bc kids really wanted to sleep in the living room. Master needs new mattress (was lumpy) and new bedding with new pillows. I suggest bringing your own. It was like sleeping on pancakes. Otherwise place was fine. Great view, kids loved splash pad at hotel, good location to everything. We lucked out and had great weather too.

A little small for the price but adequate

Seems as though beach front properties in this area have just exploded price wise and now they all want a parking fee too. Listing didn't state this until I fussed so keep this in mind if looking at other listings in this complex. We enjoyed our 1-week stay for the most part with 2-exceptions. - Master bedroom mattress is in serious need of replacement. Others have already said this so I'm piling on. My wife had to go sleep on the couch after the first night. -2 elevators in this complex but only one was operational for about half of our stay. Its unacceptable to have to wait 20-minutes for an elevator. Location is great and so was communication. Replace that mattress, please!

We received a welcome message from the host with an invitation to contact them with any questions or requests. During our time we messaged them several times and received quick responses.The condo was well furnished and updated. The decor was well done Though the tile floor showed heavy wear, the livingroom and bedrooms had new carpeting and an area rug under the dining table. The deck had four chairs and a coffee table with a great view of the beach.
