Welcome to Cape Cod! Come share an experience at “Little Captiva.” It offers newly renovated features such as new furnishings from local vendor Fresh Interiors and Maine Cottage consisting of couches, chairs, farmers table and bench as well as outdoor bar and lounge Adirondacks. New kayaks and paddle boards have been added to the amenities which can be transported to the waterway easily as the property abuts Kelly’s Bay. Our property is a stone’s throw to the waterway and sports water views from every room. A patio with new furnishings and a new fire pit have been created to enhance the ambience on those crisp summer nights. You will not be disappointed with the spectacular water views from all indoor and outdoor living spaces. It’s sure to be a magical experience.
