Beachside Bliss at Third From the End

Third From The End features a reverse floor plan. Four of the bedrooms, along with two bathrooms and a family room, are located downstairs. The Master suite is located upstairs along with the main living area (with a Queen sleeper sofa), dining room, and kitchen. There are decks on both the front and back of the house on each level. The house also has a beautiful backyard that features a patio with a pool, a large gas-lit fire pit, and an outdoor bathroom for convenient access while enjoying the outdoor space.

The North Litchfield location of this vacation beach house is very quiet and just a short beach walk to Huntington Beach State Park. There is also a convenient beach access located right across the street from the house.

Please Note: there is a Hot Tub & Pool heating fee of $700 per week.

Great location

The property has an expansive layout great for large groups to convene but the furnishings are very worn and the property is in need of a deep clean.

Great place, need to get fees worked out with Vrbo

Overall, this property was great. Very clean, nice proximity to the beach, etc. Our only issue was that the hot tub was advertised as part of the property, however this will only be turned on if you pay a heating fee (not just for the pool but the "hot" tub also). There was nothing in the Vrbo notice or the payment email that came later from the company about adding a heating fee. We only found out when we got there and couldn't get the hot tub to work (it was too cold for the kids to get in the water for half of our stay). They did eventually get it on and the staff was very nice despite the difficult situation.
