Tesla Solar and Backup Power (Frequent Public Power Outage), Back Porch Overlooking Deep Water Canal with Access to the Ocean. Minutes from Boat Fuel Dock. Short Walk or Golf Cart Ride to One of the Most Beautiful Beaches in the Bahamas. Dock use Approval Needed with Booking, and excludes use of Power to Boat. Boats shown in pictures will not be at Dock unless told Otherwise. Ability to Expand Dock Use to 100 ft of Dock. "Yellow House" Next Door Could be Rented to Allow an Expanded Multifamily Experience With 2 house, 5 bedrooms, and 100 ft of dock. No generator.
