Looking to have some quiet and relaxation? Look no further! The GATA Suite is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom single level townhome perfect for individuals or families. Located in Cobblestone Place this home features comfortable beds, an indoor fireplace, and a fenced in backyard with a fire pit/grill. Only 10 minutes to GSU and minutes away from grocery store, shopping, and all that Statesboro has to offer.

The Space:
Single level attached townhome with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Each bedroom has a king size bed.

The two couches fold down in the living room to create two additional beds.

Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire home and fenced in backyard.
The driveway can fit two cars on the parking pad.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood has a series of single level townhomes. It is a quiet neighborhood. No parties or events of any kind are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM. You will be only minutes from Georgia Southern University, shopping, and restaurants.

We provide a number of amenities that you could possibly need throughout your stay. If you find anything we don't have that you need, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you!

Parent's Weekend- perfect place

We stayed at this great 2 bedroom for parent's weekend. From the booking through check in and check out, it was smooth. The beds were comfortable, and everything was well maintained and clean. I will certainly look at renting this for every visit!

This was one of the cleanest VRBO’s I have stayed at. Conveniently located in a quiet, clean town home community. Beds were a little low but comfortable and we enjoyed watching the fireplace. Overall a 10 in my book.

Best stay ever!

This is literally the best short term rental home I have ever stayed in. The host has thought of everything. I have never been happier to be able to wash my clothes and she even provides detergent and laundry softener. Plenty of luxury towels, super comfy beds, pillows, coffee, fire logs...it is simply an amazing location. BOOK NOW!

Beautiful Home in Cute Neighborhood

I absolutely love the property! The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. There were instructions on how to operate everything which made us feel so welcomed. I loved having a fenced in backyard for my babies just wished the lawn had been mowed. Almost taller than my dogs, lol! All and all money well spent and would definitely stay again.

No box springs

Great neighborhood. Very clean and nice. However neither beds has a box spring so you literally slump all the way down and it was very uncomfortable. I’ve never slept in a bed before that didn’t have box springs. Even a piece of plywood would work to secure the mattress. I’d get that fixed asap.
