Come stay at this comfortable home away from home. The condo is very spacious and all on one level (no stairs), great for larger groups. We are located right on the Spruce golf course, with a beautiful view. Want to travel to down town Traverse City? We are only 15 minutes away. Looking for a close place to the beach? We have that too, just 4 minutes down the road! All of Traverse City’s most popular wineries are only 15-20 minutes away. Horse show families, we are perfectly located for you!

FIRE PLACE IS OUT OF SERVICE
Very open feel to the condo. Extremely cozy making it feel like a home away from home! Perfect if you`re coming to town for a conference at the grand traverse resort. We are the closest condo the resort, only a 3-minute walk.

We are right next to the Grand Traverse Resort (not associated with or property of). The condo sits right off of the Spruce Run golf course, over-looking the 4th green! It is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the main resort!

A great centrally located well appointed property for a Traverse City vacation. We book this home every year for the GLEF tournament and are never disappointed. It is clean and has all of the comforts of your own home.Highly reccomend.

The condo was what we were looking for. It was clean, well-appointed, and spacious. The view from the deck of the 5th hole of Spruce Run was an unexpected bonus. It's a tough sloped green and watching group after group trying to master it provided hours of cocktail hour entertainment. The beds were comfortable and it was easy checking in. Peter was a great host.

This was our 18th year annual girlfriend vacation and the 4 of us throughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful condo. It met our needs, furnished beautifully and comfortable seating in the living room area. The pictures posted told the true story. Quiet area in this lovely golf resort area…not something we took part of, but was a fun ride through the area. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. Short ride back to Traverse City or on up to Charleviox and Petosky. We would not hesitate to recommend this condo. Everything was advertised and in great shape. Plenty of room, huge TV's, warm fireplace, two bathrooms was a nice plus. Walking distance to the resort for our conference was also appreciated. It was the perfect place for our stay!

Perfect for our crew!

Property was updated and maintained very nicely. Location was right beside a nice resort with three gold courses. It was close enough to all the main Traverse City attractions without being crowded. I would recommend without hesitation.

Comfy condo in TC

We enjoyed staying at this condo outside of TC. Convenient to Traverse City and the lake. Close to the casino. Full stocked kitchen. Overlooks the golf course with a patio table. The grounds are very pretty.
